Just when I think I finally am getting the hang of this game, I get smacked with reality. +8 round 1 and ballooned to +11 at one point. I managed to get it back to +1 for the tourney, but miles behind some others I saw on the leaderboard. Tough course but enjoyable test, IMO.

Another -10.
At least I'm consistent. Consistently terrible...but consistent.
Still haven't the slightest of clues what to do on the greens...think my longest putt made was 15 feet all 4 rounds.
But I'm enjoying the game a lot from chipping thru the Driver.
Forgot how great of a course Silverback was. A few weak holes...but the good holes are really really good.
Fun course to play.

I got an email saying I was DQ’d for using beginner clubs. Was this a mistake? The settings are locked to masters.

Starting to get the hang of this it feels like. Played all 4 rounds and finished at -21, was only -1 after the first round. Downside is that I'm only now hearing there's a swing calibration thing (how did I miss this?!?!) and I'm scared to do it in case it messes with me when I've just gotten it down, but in the long run it will surely be better. Love the course as well, really fun.

-20.....in spite of myself. Zero tempo for me today, zero ability to get anywhere close to a % that I aimed for, and so many swing lines miles off plane - best one was a 22yd flop / splash (whichever one it is) - that I somehow missed 18ft WIDE. That's just not possible!!
EDIT: Also received the wrong clubset email

Finally had a good round in this game(67) when the bad shots only caused bogeys instead of doubles or worse. only 1 so pretty much last on the leaderboard, but ill take any win at this point. putted myself of the green multiple times, but only 3rd time putting without the bar so im ok with this. Might not be as impossible as i first thought, i admit im only guessing on the greens for now but hey, improvements love this course, but the pins seemed more forgiving than what i remember, had many wayward shots that came back towards the flags on nicely played slopes.

-1, +11, -8 (best ever round), -1 for a +1 finish on Xbox.
Played well first round but had a few disaster holes. Second round I had 20-30 VF/VS which was disheartening and baffling. Round 3 got lucky and made some good shots/putts. Played well round 4 except I forgot how to putt and ruined a number of holes.
Kinda feels silly to post my scores when I see “played terrible only -20” is the theme for these.
I was really happy despite my 2nd round. Rarely seeing a fairway but saving pars and occasionally grabbing a birdie felt like significant progress. And 3 under par rounds is a first for me. It’s not competitive on TGCTours at all but I haven’t been since TGC2.
And John, I’m not +6 for the round...I’m -5 for the round and +6 for the tournament you chuckle-head

-9, -10, -9, -5 (-33)
Enjoyed the course a lot. Just wish I hadn’t had to stop playing. Came back to R4 the next day and couldn’t get anything going with the putter for the first 14 holes.

Well...hate to crash the party with my "unwashed" rounds of: +23, +19 and +15. Yes, I know, you're all wondering how security let me on the property. Oh boy, I can't wait for round 4 tonight! Afterwards, I'm going to drink your beer and use your club's men's facility...and head out the back door!

Just started with a 64.
Missed putts galore on the front 9 but cauht fire on the back, eagling the Par 4.
Don't feel remotely in control of any part of my game but the scores are getting better so i might be getting somewhere?

-4 and -2 to start. Ho-hum compared to some of the PS4 scores I see so far. Tempo was quite sketchy.

I finished 27 under (rd 1 was really bad -3) and yet again my putts are missing short by a foot all the time i reckon at least 20 and thats being generous stop on the edge or just short of pace. 1-2% off all the time but when its good its silly Game is getting there. My problem is i dont have on specific miss. I hit perfect/ slight slow off the tee a lot and with my woods alot but my approach shots vary. I havent got a one side miss. I play for perfect alot of the time and sometimes i get it, others i get a fast in the grey and others slow in the grey. My bad miss is slightly red slow. So if there is trouble right i always try to speed it up a bit to take that danger out. Since changing to the shorter distance irons ive found i hit alot more greens and give myself a lot more chances. Reading the greens really well as they are same principal as ive always used and they play really true but i just keep short stabbing them. Looks in all the way and dies just short or lip on the low side. Never up never in as they say. Itll come tho. Had a lot of bogey free rounds so far but just not making enough easily makeable birdies and par 5s are killing me. I find i keep making 5 on alot and your always losing a shot on the field when that happens. Really looking forward to start of the season tho. Theres gonna be some new names on the top tours thats for sure! Good luck all and keep enjoying it.

First 2 holes of R2 kind of sum up my experience so far.
Fasted a lob wedge pitch 8 yards long, chipped 20 feet past then 3 putted for a double @ the first.
Very next hole I hit an inch perfect 97% 3 Hybrid to 6 feet.
Like Scott I envy those people who've limited their misses to mostly one side. Still having huge misses on both sides and don't think I've felt comfortable or in any kind of rhythm for longer than 3 holes yet
