PS4 - Semi Skilled Golfer (Pro-Am)

The tournament at Admiral's Run GC & Resort just finished with a close top 10 except the first 2 positions. da_ordo and rockytop0213 made the top 2.
This course seems to be an easy one but the scores say something different.

Now we are at The Badlands. This course has no HCP rating, but I bet there will be a rating after the weekend

The tournament at The Badlands was challenging due to the changing conditions. Starting with soft and slow greens it speeds up during the 3 rounds. Again da_ordo won the tournament followed by a close top 20.
And yes, this course has a HCP rating now

We are at Las Vegas now. Due to a huge donation we are able to add a bonus of 4K for the next weeks as from this tournament on.

We got different feedbacks about the last course Sport City Las Vegas. A few members said it was the worst course ever, some members enjoyed the 2 rounds and love this course.

We are now at Royal Berkshire Golf Club, the 2nd course in our schedule which is designed by our member Allan_Huggins. Pls send any complaints about the course directly to him
We are still at a 4K bonus due to the huge donation we received by a member last friday.

Not all members liked the last course Royal Berkshire. That was a big chance to get in the top 10 if you take a minute to think about your shot and get a good position for the 2nd shoot on each hole. The results are some new names on the top of the leaderboard and a -12 was enough for a top 10 position.

Now we come back to "normal", 3 rounds over the weekend at Angel Fire Canyon. Again with a 4K bonus enjoy your rounds at this beautiful course.

We just finished at Angel Fire Canyon with a first timer ... congrats bradmc6 for his first win.
This time we have some more players for tied positions. 2 for 3rd, 3 for 5th and 5 for 10th.

Today we start our last week of season 1. We are at Jeju Golf Club Korea with a 4K bonus as usual.

I noticed that we get different winds when the tournament winds are set to default. For the next season there won´t be a default option again for tournaments.

Once again we have a first time winner. Congrats to youngwocks for the win at Jeju Golf Club Korea. 2nd and 4th position are both tied.

We are now at Helsinki for the 2nd last tournament of the season. Today it´s raining but we expect better weather for the 2nd round. So check the conditions.

And the 3rd first time winner this week, congrats to c_linder23 for his first win. He managed to play two rounds at -19.
That was a very easy course, with -15 you ended up in the 80s position. Do not expect such easy courses every week

We just started our last tournament of this season at The Silverback.
At monday morning I will post some statistics of the first season in our community PGA 2K21 Semi Skilled Golfer. After work in the evening I set up the new season which starts at tuesday.

This was the last tournament of the first season and da_ordo won with the highest payout since we started at the end of august. He earned 1.808 coins for his win. Congrats.

We had a total of 28 tournaments. As from the 9th tournament we were more than 30 members what gave me some wins at the very beginning of this society. Today we have 356 members, 15 different winners and play tournaments with more than 100 participants.
The average 1st price was at 1.272 coins, highest win 1.808 coins and a total of 223.232 coins in season 1.

The most played tournaments:

Most wins by da_ordo with 8 wins.

Most earnings by da_ordo with 11.706 coins.

The longest drive was done by BMAC3138 with 415,1y.

The longest chip in was done by Ironlungs29 with 272,2y, that was an albatross.

The longest putt was done by Drog2012 with 73,1 feet.

In season 1 20 members scored a total of 24 aces. Ironlungs29 scored 3 aces in this season.

The new season:
Within the last weeks I played 250+ courses to test them for our schedule. I have a total of 75 courses in my favorites. The new season starts tomorrow and will run over 13 weeks. 38 tournaments will be hold and we start tomorrow with a 2 rounder over 3 days. At friday we will be back in our usual format with 3 rounds over 3 days (weekend), and 2 round over 2 days (weekdays).

What is new ?
- I will set all conditions manually to avoid heavy winds and different winds for the players
- 4K bonus set to all tournaments until the society money is gone
Everythinng else is still the same ...

The first 2 tournaments are played and we have 2 different winners. At the last tournament at Toby's Rock we have 4 players tied for 3rd. Seems that the small changes at the conditions are working.

We are now playing at Scarlet Inn (Germany), as usual with 4K bonus.

And another week finished this night with the tournaments at Scarlet Inn Germany, Costa Rica Country Club and the weekend special at The Coeur d'Alene Resort. We have 3 different winner that week and CHIPPA3612 managed his first society win at the weekend with an awesome score. After his fantastic first round nobody was able to catch him.

We are now at White Sands Golf Resort for 2 days following by the 2 rounder at Chiang Mai Thailand. The week will be completed by the weekend tournament at Dannebrog Delta Denmark. 3 different courses with a great course design promiss a maximum of fun this week.

Due to some member donations we have a 4K bonus at nearly all tournaments of the season until the end of january.

Again we have 3 different winners at the last 3 tournaments. 2 of them are first time winner. 96 member finished the weekends tournament at Dannebrog Delta Denmark.

The tournament at Silver Sage Golf Club just started this night, at wednesday we are at Radley Park Country Club. Our weekend special from friday to sunday is hold at the awesome course Aurora Borealis Norway.

At this point I want to thank all the course designer for their good work. There are so many great courses out there. I am still testing courses and my list of favorite courses gets bigger and bigger ...

3 tournaments last week, 3 different winners and two of them are first time winners. That's not a copy of the last weeks text, we got different winners each week since we started season 2

We are now at Persephone Golf Club, Wednesday at Aeolia Island and at friday we start our weekend special over 3 rounds at Far Water Golf Club.

We continue like we did the week before. 3 tournaments that week, 3 different winners and 2 first time winners.

We start this week with the 2 rounder at Reverand Green Golf Club, at wednesday at Cabot Cliffs and over the weekend 3 rounds at Amaryllis Club Barbados.

3 were tied for the win at Reverand Green Golf Club at the beginning of the week, makes a total of 4 different winner last week.4 Player were tied for 2nd position at Cabot Cliffs, our 2nd event last week.

We are now at Geiranger GC Norway, at wednesday we are playing at Santiago Bay followed by our weekend special at Falling Water Golf Club.

Exciting finish at the weekends tournament at Falling Water Golf Club. Reneg managed a 30ft eagle at the very last hole for the win. 2 are tied for 2nd position followed by 3 tied for 4th position.

We are now at Tahko Golf for 2 days, at wednesday at Bermuda Park Links and then a 3 rounder over christmas at Fishers Island Club.
