This contest once everyone gets PGA2K21 and starts looking at all the assets. 50% California Courses, and 50% Florida courses. I'm trying to come up with some ideas that are neither of those.

This contest once everyone gets PGA2K21 and starts looking at all the assets. You could always just build a desert course instead ...

I'm picturing Steppe, Raynor Style... Not for me though... But who could pull that off and clear the hurdles?

Well, it's Tuesday 11th over here in the UK. LFG people!
(We'll conveniently ignore the fact that the draft is actually happening on the 12th for us)

All I know is that I'm gonna try and build a course without a single dot of "pure green" on the greens and make it playable. With a touch of hurricane and something else. But I haven't decided yet.

COSTA RICA - The Sporting Design News has learned that Erixon Stone held a scouting pro day at his new home course, La Playa Vacia 2020, located on a remote island off the coast of mainland Costa Rica. "I've been putting in the work. Marathon sessions and two-a-days, just to get my mechanics back into shape." When pressed further about his workouts, Stone simply replied, "Flatten, flatten, soft and fuzzy. Just trying to get things real smooth like satin." Flattening terrain my be what Stone is willing to admit, but scouts have seen the old vet planting trees and bushes almost non-stop this past week. Those scouts say, the work is paying off. "He looks great out there, but workouts are one thing, the jury is still out on whether it translates to the fairways." Stone, for his part, exudes confidence. "I've got all the tools in the bag. Just a matter of putting it all together in one go - leaving it all out there, and nothing to chance." No word on whether Captains Petty or McConnell have made the pilgrimage to La Playa Vacia 2020 to check on Old Man Stone, but rumor has it the vet is close with both team captains. "Well, they both were Rookie Design alums, so we'll see if either of them remember how they started," barked Stone, before asking, "You heard that rumor too, right? Meh, they can go check out my newest work and see for themselves." Username: ErixonStone Platform: PC Two courses for the captains to scout: Dawkins Harbour; Hitchens Razor; La Playa Vacia 2020 Why draft me?: I promise to build a cart path. EDIT: Look, I did one!

After a bunch of playing around in the 2K21 designer, I'll tell you this. There is an OP theme. It's amazing. You can do things in it that you never could in 2019. I'll let you speculate while I get a head start on ideas.
PS. No, it's not Steppe.
