Well after a great start, a very disappointing -7 rd 2. Things just would not go my way. 3 putts that just stopped right before or next to the hole and I managed to par 3 of the 4 easiest holes. To stay positive, at least the cut should be fine at -20.

An interesting layout that can be deceiving; very easy to just blast away with the massive linked fariways but you really need to think about it to give yourself a good line in to score well. After playing the first 6 or 7 holes I knew it was going to be a low scoring event and that I would need at least -20 at the cut to be safe; with pars being almost like bogeys these easier events put a different pressure on. Played ok for the first two rounds with a -11 and -12 to be safe at -23 for the cut; if I could putt I would have been 5 or 6 better Good luck to those yet to play / finish.

This brought back childhood memories of golfing until past sundown- cant see the hole and just hit and hope. it was fun then, not so much now. R1: -9 missed 8 putts under 10' including a 4' and 6' on 14 and 15- about lost my mind- and then a HIO on 16, eagle on 17. coulda been hunting for top 10 and my 3rd greenie if i merely putted like sh|t.
R2: -12 made all the short putts I missed in R1... one slow cost me a bogey- but otherwise- I'll take it. -21 at the cut

The Hunt for the Golden Cow, Week 10 so far: Next week is the final week for the Cow correct?

It was a nice change to play rd's 3 & 4 in the actual Euro competition rather than just for Cow points; although I'm much more likely to win in the Cow Hunt (Tin Cow only ). Didn't have the same consistency in my game as the first two rounds and finished -9, -10 for a grand total of -42. Good luck to those yet to finish.

Good afternoon,
apparently, the -15 was the outlier, not the -6. Slightly disappointed with my game today, as I couldn't get the ball anywhere close. -8 and -6 in the remaining two rounds for a grand total of -35.
See you next week!

R3: -15 a 3 putt bogey from 7' was the only blemish on an otherwise perfect round. R4: need -11 to get Top 10 and a 3rd greenie. an ugly 3 putt par on 14 leaves me at -7... come to 18 at -10 and needing a birdie for PGA, and hole out from 170y for Eagle. finished -12.
Total: -48 (current 7th)

-20 at the cut, an underwhelming rounds 3 and 4 left me at -34 for the event.
Overall I liked the course, I certainly struggled with it compared to some of the others who carved it up. Loved the clubhouse.

-38 for me. After the first round I just couldn't get them close enough this week. Till next week!

Good morning.
If you haven’t done so already, could you please report your final score for the Cow so that I don‘t need to look it up?
Many thanks! 😊
