Honouring Canadian legend Gord Downie this week.
I'm in at a -10 for round 1 and think the course is quite fair. I think someone will have to get to the high 50s to win this week. Any other predictions?

In round 1 my green reading seemed very off and I had issues with putts I shouldn't have issues with. Had two 3 putts which annoys me more than the double and triple bogey last week. Especially the 8 footer that took three putts to get in. Ended up with a -7.
In round 2 I made things easier on myself and kept my putts to less than 8 feet as much as possible and posted a -13. I was much less annoyed with that round.

Debuted in TGC 2019, my first round was an awful +6.
I'll play my R2 on Tuesday.

I think someone will get very close to -60. I missed a few in the first two pretty good rounds and felt I could have been four shots better, the last two were windier ( I think? ) and I missed at least two pretty easy putts and a few very makeable, but that's the game. A 64 footer in one of the rounds felt good though.
-14 -14 -11 -11 for -50

I’m in at -29 for the week which is my best under par score ever but I’m a little disappointed by because I felt like I could have hit 35 had I kept better focus. i expect to be in the battle for a top 25 this week, but I may miss out.

As long as you keep improving even by small amounts that is what counts. I got this game at Christmas but I played the original game for about a year I think, then the follow up TGC2 game for about six weeks when first released. Beginner clubs resemble the original game so playing that is a good help now, even years later. I wasted the first two or three months trying to play with master clubs on Xbox, a thankless task! I hardly play this game now, with the new game on the horizon. I'm betting there are a lot of us feeling the same way. Still love playing the weekly tournament thanks to this great site.

In an unusual manner for me I opted to play rounds 3 and 4 back-to-back. Round 3 started alot like I played round 1 with the greens not seeming to break quite the way I thought they were. No 3 putts fortunately but a couple misses that I shouldn't have missed. Was -3 after 9 holes and starting to worry that I'd have to pick up the pace a bit because I wouldn't want to be competing with jordan this early in his career.
Well that either motivated me, or much more likely I started putting way, way better and I went -24 over the final 27 holes, which I can safely assume is my best ever 27 hole stretch and finished the week at -47. That was a -10 in round 3 and in round 4 I tied my TGCT best career round that I set two weeks ago of -17.

Now I need to break into the elusive top 8. 5 top 10 finishes so far this season with four 9th places and a 10th.

Another win for Troy Watts, which I think is three out of the last four tournaments, and well played.
