Excellent planting. It's the spitting image of Shoreacres.

Excellent planting. It's the spitting image of Shoreacres. No surprise here. This piece of art probably couldn't be in better hands. In all these months of hard waiting i really desired, so many times, to ask him the permission to try to recreate this course, even cause at some point i feared he was too deluded to design again, but i preferred to wait cause i perfectly know how beautiful would be the result. It will be another masterpiece

Last hole pics for now. Next I'll go through the course and fine tune the planting, see if there are any additional details that I can add. Then I'll pass the file to joegolferg to work his Raynor bunker magic. Should be good to go after that, but no rock solid timeframe yet, based on Joe's schedule. Hole 8 - Eden

Well I finally got around to playing a full round on here and it surprised me. A lot of the course still has it's strategy and plays reasonably well for TGC distances, the only hole that could be lengthened to make it play a little better would be the 3rd hole (Leven). Shoreacres really is an architectural masterpiece and in real life I think this would be my choice of course to play if I could only choose one. Also like to say that the pictures don't do the course enough justice, Craig has done a phenomenal job with this course, smooth and well planted .

However, I've found it to be kind of interesting as a just barely drivable par 4. If you get on that green in one but you're not within 30 feet of the hole, a 2-putt is a tough task. Then again, maybe my short game just stinks!
