Hello, I'm new to the site and building courses. My question is when I make a green then fairway the heavy rough is really wavy and squiggly looking, I've tried everything to straighten it out with no success I've moved it back so it's mostly put of sight but this is a bandaid, please help.
Thank you.

Thank you. Overlapping light rough and heavy rough surfaces causes this. There are a couple of methods available of having the heavy rough surface almost-but-not-quite-touching the thin band of heavy rough that is automatically placed along the edge of light rough. One involves carefully tracing the shape with a small heavy rough brush. Another involves creating overlapping splines and then reducing their widths.
