I shot lights-out in round 1, round 2 was a little different. Twice, wayward tee shots blown sideways by wind landed on the cement blocks, rocketed up in the air and over the green and landed in the middle of a thicket of bushes/trees. One, I managed to get up and down for bogey - the other resulted in a triple. Ended up 9 shots worse in round 2 than round 1.

Dropped the ball about 125 yards from the pin (no trees there) and two-putted. Would recommend that.

Tried to pitch out, it went nowhere. Then, I punched out and got to the fringe with a wicked downhill chip. Had to do the hyper fast, just get it on chip, it rolled 15 feet by. Left a wicked breaker for double that just missed. Tapped in for the triple. 😂

Always see your name at the top of the PS4 leaderboard with no chance of catching it. Sounds like some harsh luck will give the rest of us a chance 😄

Mr Consistent thinks he should share his round 2 scorecard: Jeff hoosierhoops24 , normally I don‘t comment on course design, but for this I make an exception, because this is by far my favorite course on DbD. I don‘t know the original course, but the attention to detail you put into this is palpable on every hole. Delicious course, enjoyed it very much! Kevin, I appreciate the comments. Thank you. I hope everyone that plays this week enjoys it.

Back 9 was closer to the first round, but still posted a very mediocre second round.

Just to let SkyBlueBen and everybody know, my experiment switching from PS4 to PC (with or without mouse) has come to an end. My laptop, even though it is a "gaming" one just has too many stutters even on low graphics settings, it was really f-ing things up. It is OK for designing, but even slow for that. I will go back to the PS4 and pray that the console and controller hold together until the new consoles come out. I had already played some of the front nine of Austin on the PC, but I will play the whole tourny on the PS4; whether Sky counts it or not does not matter, it is up to him.

PS4 scores will be fine.

I just had to widen the column on the roster sheet, but the work of a moment.

Can any of you dirtbag designers help.. a mate of mine has asked me if I can make a sign for a course I’m doing. He wants a sign with the letters BPGC on it he obviously thinks I can do it in metal letters because he doesn’t know how the designer works. I’ve seen people make them out of flowers but not metal or wooden parts.

I’ve seen people make them out of flowers but not metal or wooden parts. Experiment. Is it free standing or on a hill? I know the Hollywood sign on California Tour Club was made by stacking concession tents. Try sinking some sheds on a hill and use the roofs. Have to be creative but it can be done. I created a dinosaur skeleton on Roadrunner Mesa by strategically sinking rocks into a hillside. All sorts of things can be done, let your creative streak run wild.
