mayday_golf83 - Thank you so much for displaying my first and second designs on Diamond Cutters! I'm proud I have graduated to no longer being a diamond in the rough. The next goal is to have mattf27 play one of my courses and say "I don't hate it, but..." Also thank you to everybody in this community for playing my course and giving it HCP status in less than one week. I truly appreciate the plays!

I'm halfway through a tropical course atm and your course just makes me want to press delete. Really great work man - best of luck in your comp. Also didn't know there were many other Aussies in here Avakrac Watched your video and it was excellent as well. Subbed and will watch more of them. Cheers.

Heisenberg I get it man. I feel that way every time I play course by VctryLnSprts, CrazyCanuck1985, MattF27, Terry Grayson, Reebdoog, Jeremy Mayo, StayPuft, Dylan Bronson, Ryan McConnell, LessThanBread, Greg Fordyce, Arctic Fury, Adam Grove, Rhino4Life, ChasW, Chiefranja, and the lists goes on and on and on... There are tons of very creative, very talented people designing courses here. My only advice, which is worth less than two cents depending on market fluctuations, is to play as many courses from as many designers as possible to get a good idea of the techniques they are using to create their designs. Then, try to put your own spin on those techniques. If you are aiming to be the best designer in the bunch... you have a steep, steep mountain to climb. If you are aiming to be the best designer you can be... just have fun, experiment with different techniques, give feedback(don't just sit back and wait to get it), and learn from the designers out there by playing their courses. You got this Heisenberg! It's way less complicated than the chemistry behind making meth. (For those that didn't get that last line... it's a reference to Breaking Bad.)

I can't wait to play this. It looks absolutely amazing - rockwork, retaining walls, planting, wow. Will write more after my first of many rounds.

My official review is: holy f&#*%g s&*t!
Best tropical course I think I've ever seen IMO. I can't fathom the number of hours you must have spent on the rockwork alone. Masterful. The layout is superb - love the way the routing wends its way around among the cliffs and the lagoon. The bunkering and contouring is simply perfect. Clean, smooth look to every line. Love your use of retaining walls, and planting. And the waterfalls are the best I've ever seen, incredibly realistic. It's obvious you zoomed in on every square foot of this course and agonized over every little detail. As previously stated by someone, even down to the detailed realism of the dock for the yacht! And aside from the sheer aesthetic beauty of the course, it plays wonderfully. Many choices to be made from tee to approach, and the green complexes are very challenging, loved them. Hard to focus on my playing when I'm standing on each tee or fairway with my mouth hanging open staring around at the surroundings like a slack-jawed, gaping imbecile. But I scratched out a -6.
I can't praise this course enough. Mind-blowing to me that this is only your second publish - right up there with the best designers in the game IMO. I can't wait to play this again. And again. Fantastic job, Michael.

Got a chance to finally play this a little bit ago
Man you picked up this designer nicely in the short amount of time you have been here... Loved and I mean loved the rock work, falls etc, and the routing I thought was excellent
Loved all the planting work around the rocky outcroppings and like everyone said those falls were just magnificent...
Great work man, absolutely loved it... Keep it up....awesome work

gregfordyce - That means a whole lot sir. Thank you. I did sink a lot of hours into this course. I put somewhere between 60-65 hours into the rocks and planting in them alone. Which is probably as much as some people spend on their entire course. Glad it paid off. Thank you for the support on my first release, and I'm glad I was able to make a good impression with this second course. Thank you for comparing me to the better designers around here, but I still haven't released a tour worthy design yet. Hopefully my CC Design Challenge course will get that distinction... even though there's probably not much tour left before 2K21. Terry Grayson - Coming from the planting master, your comments on my planting work means a lot. Like you, I had some previous experience in other golf course designing programs, Jack Nicklaus 5/Golden Bear Challenge and PGA Championship '99. So, I had the fundamentals down, it's just getting used to these tools that is the challenging part. Thanks again for the kind words. meyo - Thanks for the stream sir, it was nice chatting while you played my course. Best of luck with the new Twitch channel! pozbaird - If you aim for the sailboat off the tee, and land on the fairway, you have a better chance. Best of luck sir! I'm thinking about changing the hole cards to call the 13th the signature hole instead the 15th, out of popular demand. Everybody seems to like it better than the 15th, and the most popular hole is what the signature hole should be.

I’m just here for a free bump after I played this in a society. Then I find out it is your second course after reading a bit and I’m even more impressed. Not much to add past what others have except to say to anyone who hasn’t yet, you should play this course and look out for this guy in the future. Congrats and good luck moving forward

jwtexan - Thanks for the words of encouragement sir! I appreciate it. Especially coming from a designer, such as yourself, with a keen eye for detail. Thanks again. lessthanbread - Bump accepted sir! Thanks for streaming the course yesterday. It was a great experience for me to see somebody truly appreciate the "small" stuff that took many hours to create. The course now has just shy of 6K plays as of this morning, with only 9 days since it was published. I couldn't be happier with this kind of reception.

Finally got the opportunity to give this one a run tonight and all I can really say is ... Dayum! Everything I saw on this course was awesome. Course itself was great good lines, good playability, good variety, etc. etc. The setting though: in a word, 😲 wow. One of the best fantasy style settings I have seen in this game. Those 65 hours (smh in amazement) you spent doing all the rock work really shine. Thank you for taking your time to contribute an absolute gem to the game. Instant favorite 5 stars. GREAT JOB!!!!!
