Just noticed I completely forgot to report that I‘m -17 for the cut and -26 after 3 rounds.
Good luck guys!

-7 after 2. Mentally withdrew after a BS ripoff when an eagle pitch on 16 I believe it was hit the lower area of the pin near the hole and rolled all the way to the other part of the green where it’s impossible to putt from. It cost me 4 strokes. Went from -5 to -1. Lost it from there and just played speed golf. Between that and the continual random very slow flops I’ve been getting for no reason I’m about to lose my mind over here. At least that's a tough golf break rather than a tough HB break. Hate it when that happens! If the ball hits the top of the pin it seems to stay in the general area but if it hits the bottom it rockets off like it hits a brick wall! Don't be so accurate next time. And flops are the hardest tempo shots to control, which is probably right to be fair. I've got my chipping distances down for all my irons, if I can avoid a flop I will do, particularly in to an uphill pin.

Round one number 16 got me. Was going well until then. Any way, a -5 and a -9 in rd2 likely put me on the wrong side of the cut. The Winnebago is washed, packed and ready to head for the next tour stop.

up mup kupen nup: - 16 at the cut for me. I left quite a few strokes on the course in round one, but fortunately I put together a much better second round of -10.

Not a big fan of the courses in the Eurotour, so I thought I’d play a few easy KF swings. Quit in round 1 after being +4 after 12 holes or so. Nah, this tour isn’t for me 🧐

Lol tore, you smashed it last time you were here! I'm loving this course with the tournament settings, it seems to have a bit of everything. Not just cool textures in the rough (which do look great by the way). Started hot in round two with a good putt on 1 and a perfect approach on 2 for a couple of birds. More importantly made a clutch 10 footer for par on 3 to keep the good vibes going. Another bird followed on 4, and on the par 5 6th I'm quite happy at -3. Spent an age deciding whether to try and bend a shot around the tree to hit the green in 2 or lay up, eventually decided to have a go and out of nowhere had a horribly laggy VS/VF in to all sorts of trouble! Cheers for that HB! Made par and gave my head a little wobble, it was a setback but this was still a decent start. Kept a clean card, missed a good birdie chance on 9 but made some good ones and chipped in on 18 to leave me feeling very happy with life 62 and 60 to sit at -20 at the cut, don't think I'll be sweating that this week. Away with you red marks! I'm calling -16 for the cut.

Really feels like the standard has gone up a notch or two recently, the number of players has increased but i'd say the quality has too.

I don't know Riotous, it always seems to ebb and flow a little bit but I'm not sure it's got levels harder. It's usually a perception based upon how our own game is going. There have been stages this season I haven't been able to sniff a cut, right now is one of those good runs where I've hit a bit of a groove. It can turn either way very quickly! You just need a good one to get you up and running again. That said, you're not dead this week just yet! Last week I called -19 with -20 as safe and then watched -20 get the axe late Thursday night. This week I thought -15 but went the other way based on what happened last week. Turns out, -15 looks safe as houses and -14 still interested. Sadly you may end up with a similar fate to last week's -20, but you've got a chance at least. Refresh!

Another second round disaster, -4 to be -10 at the cut.

I dont get it... I can compete with the PGA guys in my society all day long- but I tee it up here and my game goes to sh|t. Plodding along until 13 with a 5' to get to -7, 3 putted. fell apart the rest of the way. missed 5 putts under 6'. I quickly remembered why I stopped playing Tours- this brings out the worst in me... at least the wife is away and didn't get to witness the meltdown.
-6 after 1st rd.

Home advantage next week though! HA! I haven't particularly fared well at my own courses. Invariably I'll play too conservatively as I had intended the course to be played- and some big bombers will find a way to plow through with Drivers. Rd 2: -7 for a -13 at the Cut. that 3 putt from 5' will be the difference.

I thought I'd found the magic controller! I haven't. Third round started so well. I messed up the par 5 6th again after a slow on the approach followed by a fast flop out the bunker, but reached the turn at a decent -6. And then it all went to pot, couldn't find a good swing, couldn't hole a putt, some tough pins didn't help, dropped a couple of shots and only made one birdie to card a -5. Any thoughts of a high finish gone. To be fair it would have been a waste of a top 10 had I managed it, being as all I'm doing is wiping a red mark. Thought I might as well power through round 4 and move on. Nothing much to report on that one! Think I've ruined my putting stats for the week. 62, 60, 66, 64 for -32. The story is -26 thru the first 45 and -6 for the last 27. Onwards, with no red marks!
