Lurker here... Decided to play KF as warm up for my CC-Pro tourney. Awful opening round of -1, but then lit it up at -10 second round...including double eagle on 8th or 9th hole (Par 5...don't recall which hole #) Now that was fun to watch!! I'll never ever make it to KF tour, but great courses. If you can score -10 in those conditions there's no reason you can't make it to this tour. Nice albatross!

Getting the bird trifecta (birdie, eagle and albatross) sure helped 😂

Just made it back to CC-D last week...hoping I can stay competitive for awhile. Think the last time I was in D, I lasted 4 weeks lol.

Sadly I don't think that'll make the cut ksmith851 , but it might well be good enough to avoid a strike. I hope so. I was thinking -22 for the cut this week, the second round has changed my mind. There were some really tough tee shots in those strong winds. I started ok but got in trouble at 4 and dropped a shot, and then another one at 7 after getting an unlucky bounce had me at -1 for the round. Surely I can't blow such a good first round? (I can) An eagle at 9 after a beautiful fast/fast in to the green relieved the pressure but still work to do. Three pars later I'm standing on the 13th tee at -3 and feeling a little squeaky. Thinking I need to birdie at least 3 of the last 6, but thankfully that closing stretch is probably the easiest part of the course, I birdied all 6 to finish on -9 and -23 at the turn. Happy days, that'll get rid of one of those red marks I picked up last week I'm calling -19 for the cut but I'd be happier on -20. up mup kupen nup that's a brilliant second round in those conditions 👍 So you be thinking for my first foray in Korn Ferry...... my rounds of, Rd 1 (-10) Rd 2 (-7) Ain't gonna be enough?

You never know your luck Koop, but I'd be surprised if that made it. Should be enough to keep you clear of the strike zone though
It's a shame your first week here was a bit of a shootout, normally that kind of score is plenty. Welcome anyway, it's worth putting up a fight to stick around in this tier. If you score here like you do in CUCC you'll be fine

-9, -6 for -15 after 2 rounds. In this birdie fest week that might get me my 5th red. That's bad news. I rooted for you. If your predictions hold, I hope you make it back soon. And if you find the time for 4 extra rounds, I'd be happy to keep you for the rivalry!

Bonjour again,
I've just completed the remaining two rounds, and I'm happy to report that, after a slow start (-1 after 6 in the third), I managed to score on the back 9 twice (2 eagles in the final round). Two rounds of -11 add up to -44 for the week. One of my best scores in TGC overall! I almost never reached that far into -40s territory, even on birdie fests.

Entire round felt like I was just missing chances. Putts just on the edge of the hole not dropping, missing on tempo and screwing up basic approach shots...i was actually surprised when I got to the end of the round and worked it to -8. Then I came and looked at the scoreboard here.....yeah, now I see where all those missed chances went. Not even in the top 100.
Second round was more of the same, and once again stayed at -8. Not even going to be close for me this week, I'll be handing back that promotion mark I earned last week.

Round 2 was a pressure round, match play, golden cow, tgctours all in one event. I failed miserably in what could be the worst I played all season. I could not hit the ball straight, everything went right, putts, drives, everything went right, -3 for round two, -14 at the cut. I then started thinking, I’m to good to play that bad, my skills to impressive for such mediocrity, there had to be another reason,it had to be sabotage, and one name was at the top of that list, tpetro. A full investigation has been launched into controller tampering and the ever so slight adjustment of my chair. There will be consequences when the results show I am right.

Oops sorry didn’t see this til now Not a problem Kellen I had a bit of a nearly round. Hit the ball and judged the wind pretty well on the whole but a fast at the wrong time here, a slow at the wrong time there was the story at the start. Only bogey was at 4 after a clumsy 3-putt, I've struggled on that hole all week. Made a nice eagle at 6 with the helpful wind to get under par, then holed a nice 20 footer at 8 and got going on a good run from there. Just rolled off the fairway at the par 5 15th and couldn't scramble a birdie, and missed a decent chance at 16, but made birdie at 17 and another at 18 despite hitting a VF on my second shot in to a fairway bunker. My only VF in three rounds so can't complain! -10 after all that to sit at -33 thru 3, quite happy with that
