Hey guys I'm just wondering what courses are challenging enough to finish an event around even par. It is for the society I have with my friends.
For reference the winner in past US Opens at Oakmont on max firmness was -12. Winner at Susquehannock was +4 (only 2 people better than +10).
Searching for a course that isn't unfair just difficult. We play at a CC-B, CC-C level if that helps.

It depends by the conditions you are using on your society. If you plays with all your aids on (scout cam, loft box, grid on greens etc.) i think that you should renounce to real courses, if you want "realistic" US Open scores. Otherwise you should use totally unrealistic conditions, maxing out everything.
But, if you don't use the scout cam and you use, for example, only the grid on greens, then there are a couple of courses extremely interesting : Los Angeles CC (North), Susquehannock, Pine Valley, Oakmont, Merion East, Bethpage Black, Cog Hill (devilish greens!) are the first that came on my mind, but i'm sure i could find lot of other good courses. Pebble Beach too. Winged Foot West actually it is also a good choice, we have a great version made by Josh Nezat.
Conversely, if you use all the aids on, probably the link that lessthanbread gives to you is the best possible source for your needs.

I'm asking more for curiosity sake, than I am offering a suggestion.
