So I'd been away from the game for a while, coming back I've already stumbled across some great courses but there are so many to choose from, even just in the TGCT database. So while I'm doing a fair amount of course discovery, I'm curious what other people would consider the absolute best courses in the game. Whether fictional or RCR, published 5 years ago or last week, what courses should everyone play at least once?
Also, while I was writing this the thought crossed my mind, I don't think anything like this exists currently but would be really cool to have a Course Hall of Fame to really honor the greatest courses and the designers that made them, as well as just have an easy reference to some of the top courses.

IMO Cape Kidnappers is one of the best and most challenging real courses out there. The LA Country Club layout is superbly done as well. The Yale course looked and felt quite life-like. And then, of course, the rare jewels of Pine Valley and Cypress/Psypress Point (both are well done imo...I probably like Psy more the Cy, but its not like either one cheats you)

Arcadia Bluffs, Crystal Downs, Turnberry Alisa are some of my favorites.
