up mup kupen nupAs the WSACOW CHANCELLOR OF THE CELLAR and current holder of the Cow made of your finest Tin, I feel this post is a mere formality as your contest would be futile and insignificant without my participation. You are welcome. Onward!

Very hesitant to post and just keep my head down but I've enjoyed this banter too much the last two weeks. After two weeks of watching the cut line close its been 2 solid rounds to start this week. -11 in R1 and -12 in R2. In a good position to start moving day. Hoping to keep it going but a LONG way to go.
And by the way I love the Art Vandelay name. HUGE Seinfeld fan here.

rfitzgerald11 you are too kind, we should meet at the KF bar and hoist a few. But since I am not a KF member any more I have to sneak onto the course each week under an elaborate disguise (these are so good I don't even recognize myself!). Round 1 and the defense of my Tin Cow trophy has begun. Was a little confused by all the bunny tracks, and the criss/cross fairways had me going sideways at times. Kinda dig it even if I felt one of Giraffe72 Jamie's drives go whizzing past my noggin. HEY, EVER HEAR OF FORE BEFORE?!?!? Card was clean until the last when I placed my tee shot between a rock and...another rock (gotcha up mup kupen nup). Did save Humph, so I got that going for me. -6. Onward!

Good news - my last course has just been added to the CC tournament schedule. Bad news - If i don't get my act together i'll be playing in the damn thing.
The sole aim this week is to beat the cut. The plan this week - play three speed practice rounds on the course. If the last one is -9 (based on Art getting -6!!) or better then i'll play my first round proper. If it's not, then the clubs go back in the car and we try again later in the week.
As for the WSACOW cup - i'm incredibly glad the season finished, a fresh slate, with mid table mediocrity the focus. A scheduler and an African animal are in my sights.

Lol, good luck with that Riotous, I'm faster than I look on these gangly legs. And sadly Art Vandelay I'm not guilty. I usually play on Sunday night but got stuck doing a double shift due to the amount of people incarcerating themselves. I've always been a night owl but I think a 5am start is too late even for me! Hopefully I'll have better luck tomorrow.

Good morning,
I throw a total score of -32 into the ring. This total is composed of four individual rounds of -11, -10, -3, and -8.
What a lovely course this is! I absolutely dig it when the different holes do not look like a lane. There is so much to discover! All these trees and rocks - especially that one rock on the 12th, I got right behind it on 3 out of 4 occasions, with a chip being my only option twice. My luck in rounds 1 and 2 got slightly counterbalanced by some bad bounces in the third, so all is good. I'm happy with my start into season 2, which I'm optimistic will happen as there has been some positive feedback already.
Have fun out there!

Practice rounds went well, -7,-10,-10
love the atmosphere created in the course and the different options to play each hole.
Playing really well but was composing this reply on the 10th - “seriously over this at the moment, had enough, blah blah blah”. However the back nine went better than expected.
I’ll be back much later in the week when the cut line becomes clearer

-11 thru 2. I’m not sure I belong here any more. Great course! Does this count as a confirmation of joining? OldSouled is also still missing from the season 1 cast.

<whispering> You guys could have warned me that over at Euro people don’t talk to each other.... <end of whispering> Ha! There are one or two about but they need bringing out of their shells. It is one of the things that makes this tour the most fun to play on. Even back in the TGC1 days this thread was the best one. The PGA threads getting to 97 pages don't count because it's generally just people b%&ing at each other.
