Anyway since I was like the second to last person to post a WIP thread for the WCOD I figure it makes perfect sense to be the second person to post a WIP thread for this.

Swiss theme. Different bunkering method. Yada yada.

Working title is Queen of the Vale but I've already changed it like 5 times.
