Dylan,
Played a round today at Malibu..the course ate me for breakfast, spit me out for lunch, and the grinded me up into a pulp for an evening snack...in at +6, at least the scoecard was festive for the holiday...lots of red, some yellow and a dash of green...
Anyway, beauty of a course, though I felt a bit punished even on good shots with some of the runoffs on the greens..
Good luck in the comp! This def could advance a few..

This will be played this Friday night at 8pm or shortly thereafter with XB alt shot guys. I played a few holes of this already, looks difficult, so we shall see how things go. Watch the shout box or here for the Twitch links.

Reached 17. Didn't heed the warnings. Got my dick punched.
A+ course.

What a fabulous course! Very well designed! I heeded your warnings but just had to play from the Black Tees with Pin Set #4. I had a hole out on #4 to get me going! I played with the default Master Club set! I really enjoyed this course!

Had to have another round on this beaut. Dylan this course is superb. And just think, not long before you designed this thing you were talking about giving up designing. Everyone can now see that would have been a real shame given what’s on display here

And seriously, he shouldn't give up...as long as one enjoys designing it's worth it.
And a wee tip (TWSS but not intended): if yer course 'aint getting them playz to yer satisfaction, shameless self-promotion won't hurt.

Nice job Dylan. Very eye appealing track here and offers a a stiff challenge, almost too a fault. Liked the notion of having to put thought into your shots and elevation changes that to the eye seemed subtle but were not. There were some spots where extra difficulty was forced upon the player in which course management didnt seem to matter. Some of the greens were a little over cooked (9 or 10 was a good example). Far and away a step up from Melrose. I personally like to see a better overlap of difficulty with playability. Good luck in the contest.

Just finished a round (White tees, beginner clubs, pin 1). One of the funnest courses I've played in a while (and I include my own). Challenging on every shot. It's now a favorite. And yes, 17 is a di*k hole, lol.

It took me a while to figure out why the name "The Malibu Club" rang a bell with me. Then I remembered the dance club in GTA Vice City. The OG Malibu Club haha. That's where I've heard it before! I know this has nothing to do with the course because I'm not actually supposed to comment on the WCoD courses at this time. But hey, free bump!

That looks like the same roof texture as the barrancas.
