Like every one else that plays on this tour, I have always wanted to win a event. I came close a couple of times but that win alluded me. One night while playing rocket league with pablo , this to him. He told me that it could be arranged, that he could tell me the secret shortcuts of on of his courses, I just need to sign a special piece of paper with special red ink and I would finally get the win I desired. I signed, I never read the small print saying that once a year, I had to use a Pablo course on tour. I won the event, and that’s how this course got selected for this week. Its a short course, one of the shortest ever to be played on this tour. It’s a typical Pablo course, not as difficult as previous Pablo courses but Pablo does not do subtle, what you see is what you get. Pablo would not know subtle even if subtle ran up to him, kicked him in the bollocks, screamed “ Hello, my name is subtle” and ran away giggling. The tough holes are tough, the easy holes are easy. So, good luck, have fun and for those that have been on tgctours for awhile, remember that hashtag blame Pablo. Oh, I just remembered, this week is when we get new kornholers from the promo event. It’s always been my policy to play the easiest courses with the gentle conditions to ease your way into the pro tours because I am such a kind hearted scheduler and anyone that says something different is a filthy liar. I just completely forgot this week, oh well, welcome to the Korn Fu***ng Ferry tour.

Haven't played my rounds yet, just getting in early for old times sake. I #blame pablo. Maybe I should wait until Pablo plays his rounds and load up his ghost.

Does this mean if pablo misses the cut he's only got himself to blame? Played my first round, it's everything I've come to expect from a Pablo course, except for the whales. GIVE US BACK OUR DAMN WHALES HB! I know I've got to putt well on a Pablo course and for the most part I did. Was ticking along quite nicely and got it to -9 thru 14. Almost got Pablo'd on the 15th when I hit what I thought was a perfect tee shot in to about 8 feet, only to watch it slowly start rolling off down the slope and end up 22 yards away off the other side of the green. "Why are you doing shouting 'Pablo' like that?" enquires my wife. Made a very decent up and down to save par, but then sadly got HB'd on the last 3 holes. VF in to the water at 16 for bogey, and more bad tempo at 17 and 18 for a couple of pars on what really are good birdie chances. So a respectable but slightly disappointing 64 to start, probably right in the middle of the pack. Good luck all, watch out for those slopes!

The real KFF tour Qualifier Finals is at my home course (Orange County National) this week... I'll be out to scope out my fellow Ferry Tour Members... taking notes.
I've been so consumed with design of my WCoD course, I've been neglecting my playing- need to do better squeezing some rounds in.

Well, think I'd better dust off my round 3 and 4 outfits which have been shoved in the wardrobe for every event bar one this season! I think there's mould on the round 4 one, should scrape off shouldn't it? Round 2 was largely a bit of a battle but for the second round in a row I putted really well. Very unusual for me! Always said Pablo makes easy greens.... Didn't waste any of my good chances and more importantly made some clutch par putts. Struggled a bit with tempo but got it to -7 thru 13, then got to the 14th and had a decision you're all going to have to make. That green is gettable but it really could go horribly wrong very easily. I took the gamble and boy did it pay off, hit a beaut of a p/f with a little bit of shape to hold the wind, landed perfect and rolled round towards the pin, and holed the 15 footer for an eagle 2. This game takes (my sanity) regularly but now and again it gives back, what a result! Those last 4 holes got me again, I just can't seem to play them well, but this time no dropped shots and a lovely pitch in to 18 for a closing birdie. 64 and 62 for -18 at the cut. If that's not enough I really should give up. Thanks pablo

Hi Folks,
New member of the children of the Korn here, probably just a cameo as I still can't believe I got promo'd this high...is this like getting a gig with UPS for the holiday rush? I'm Seasonal Korn?
Round 1 was better than I anticipated, 3 Humphreys offsetting 9 chirpies. -6. Like the course, but I am no geography whiz but there seems to be more water on this course than in the entire state of AZ.
Onward!

Welcome Mr Vandelay, looks like you are on the rise sir F-B-C-KF. If i'm still here then you'll be fine, and hitting -6 with your debut nerves is solid knock

Good morning,
sometimes, technology, or its malfunction, helps you keep your fingers off the game on Sunday. As you may remember from last week and earlier, I have a serious issue with patience. Every week, I feel the strong and irresistible urge to play my tournament rounds right away. And, as I experienced again last week, not knowing the early leaderboard can beguile me to overestimate the difficulty of a course in the sense that I feel too comfortable when hitting some (but not enough) birdies.
Well, this week, my router was on the spot, helping me through hard times on Sunday, as it simply decided to stop working. Fellow Kornstars, I can confirm that it is easy not to play when you don't have access to the internet.
As a result, I was able to watch the Monday leaderboard develop and see that the median was located at around -6. With that in mind and a new router freshly installed, I played my first two rounds yesterday evening, and I am confident that I will make the cut again this week. Sitting at -16 halway through, with two unspectacular (except a nice hole out from 140ish yards) rounds of -9 and -7, I try to refrain from playing the remainder of the tournament until Friday.
Okay, let's say Thursday.

Someone has said something about me... Or so I think I must be wrong ENAGC18 If I were you I would not do that, friendly reminder Giraffe72 I've spent my whole career blaming myself for not making cuts. This week it won't be different

Well, round 3 now done and I'm in nose bleed territory! I got some new glasses last week, only use them for driving and playing Xbox, who knew that being able to see the screen might help? Best I've ever putted so far this week, can't really think of any I'd want back. As usual on a course where it's very easy to get in to trouble, the most important ones are those curly 6-10 footers when you're scrambling for par. Like rats down a drainpipe 😎 Made a mess of both par 5's on the front 9, but no dropped shots and actually only 1 bogey in 3 rounds. Put the icing on the cake with a beauty of a 20 footer from just off the green on 18 for a second 62, and -28 thru 3. These always help too...

I'm a newcomer to the KF tour from the promotion event. I was excited to get going but really fell flat in rounds 1 and 2 and am going to be missing the cut I'd imagine. -10 after 2. I just hope to turn it around and figure out how to stay on this tour for the long haul.

My problem is between the ears, on the first Par 5 of the first round I tried to hit the green over the water from the rough, WHY - because you’re an idiot. See y’all next week
