This is the first time I have had a course used for a tournament and I just wanted to welcome you all to BellaWood Plantation. I have been playing with TGCT for about 5 years now and I realize that tournament week brings ups and downs, complaints and compliments about the courses, and a little bickering and a little complimenting. I hope that you all find at weeks end though that you had a good time and that it was a competitive tourney. I would also like to say how honored I am that the tournament BellaWood is hosting is Eli’s Tournament. If you aren’t aware, through his Dad Jason ( Irving R. Levine) , Eli has been a big part and fan of TGCT over the years with his creative course design, all around support, occasional cameo on the old podcast, and the awareness he has brought of things bigger in life. In this week of thanks I would also like to say thanks to this great community we have created and to all that work so hard to keep it going. At tourneys end let’s meet in the clubhouse bar and raise a toast to Eli and TGCT. Here is to a fun week of golfing friends....Keep it in the fairway! Cheers. If you would like to learn more and maybe make a donation some time here is a link: www.autismspeaks.orgPlease make it in Eli’s name.

Now that Eli’s tourney has come and gone and our champions have been decided, I wanted to thank everyone for the kind words and constructive criticism of my first tour course. I hope everyone enjoyed their time at BellaWood. Again congrats to the winners, good luck to all this season, and thanks again for making this an enjoyable event for me as well. Cheers
