I haven’t had a chance to play much or keep up on the boards lately....
But man this course is top notch! Excited to see your comp course!

Interesting in the first post not to challenging of the tee,i found the fairways very tight.I think it goes to show there is a massive difference in ability from players who play day in day out at TGC tours than the casual player. The picture below shows me in a bunker again of the tee and its a short par 4,I know bunkers are suppose to be hazards (which modern courses don't seem to be so much these days),But with Tight fairways i think its a little unfair you have not got a shot to the green from a deep bunker which look great on screen and in pics but maybe the casual player will get a bit fed up with.Loved the design of the course again its a tgc tours site so the course is suited for here to be played,it was my first round back after a break in Spain and once i get my swing back hopefully have a more successful round.More i play the game as well really missing the SI of the Holes not working since the course play update fix.

Just my opinion in course design but I wouldn't ever consider it "unfair" if a hazard forces you to have to hit an escape shot rather than going for the green. In your situation here, what's so bad about hitting a wedge or short iron out and back into the fairway and then play a smart up and down for par? I think there needs to be more bunkers like this in courses in this game.

Thanks for your feedback yeltzman, I appreciate the play. No doubt some of the bunkers are pretty deep, but I can say that just this week on tour in CC-B I had to hit a wedge out of a fairway bunker 3 times during the tournament because the bunker was too deep to challenge the green. I wouldn't recommend this type of bunker for every design, but I think it fits in certain places. But again, thank you for the feedback, I do appreciate it very much.

Fantastic course.I would love to know how to do that rock retaining wall. I love those walls too! All of the credit for those goes to B.Smooth13, he's the mastermind for those.

VctryLnSprts Awful. Absolutely awful. I still had not the chance to play it, I'm still far from home, but the pics talks quite clearly. Absolutely awful. That's the truth.

One of the nicest courses I’ve played in a while, awesome work. I’d agree with everyone else....a beautiful, clean design with spectacular planting.

Just played this in xcltaff1980's Swing and Miss, twice in fact! I'd love to see what you think 'challenging' off the tee is if this is easy? I had driver taken out of my hands a number of times, and many tee shots with a decision to make. The course is genuinely outstanding, shame I couldn't give it 6 stars. Tricky but fair is always a good mix, and as expected with you guys it looks great. The only sight gripe is I had some pretty significant lag in a few spots, who have you buried under those greens? But I really loved it, shot -14 through 2 rounds and felt like I earned it, this makes me happy. Awesome course and had to leave you a comment to say so

Really great to hear from you Jamie, thank you for the feedback, it means a lot to us. Sorry about the lag issues you had at time, no doubt that has been caused by some of the buried trees to get the overgrown planting look we were going for on the interior and the edges.
I promise we didn't bury Jimmy Hoffa under the 18th green behind those rocks!

Just curious, would anybody like to see a summer version of this course, complete with tournament objects? This baby could play pretty crazy for PGA-level if we wanted it to coruler2. Let us know if you want the extra work put into it.

Let us know if you want the extra work put into it. A PGA-level update with tournament objects would be great. I plan to use soon, so the summer motif may not fit the time of year, but I’ll use whatever you end up creating. Thanks!

This looks really great. Btw, I enjoy watching Eric on Twitch designing - he really helps us novice designers. The 2 feet up twist and repeat thing is great, for example. Look forward to playing this course.
