What to look for from the big guys in pool A during the WCoD... VctryLnSpts: Going to name his course some weird incect and build his course in a two week timespan so he makes his forum thread like the New York Times Magazine. Mattf27: Watching him do endless streams with his cat stabbing him and him crying about it about 90% of the time but somehow will put out a more than decent course. At the same time will make fun of rookie designers courses because he’s terrible and a part of the clique. Crazycanuck1985: Will make fun of everyone for the first month in the forums with narcisist comments and then fall of the face of the internet because he has a kid. Then somehow will throw a project together within a month and have a chance to win the contest. Bspetty24: Will show up drunk and laughing like barney on every livestream is on and make fun of every DAM member. He realizes hes procrastinated too much and gives a backstory to why he made a flat course and still make it past initial cuts. csugolfer60: Will make a course like he always does with U and W shaped bunkers and water always around the greens to add strategy. He’s also going to at least once talk about his experience he has with golf and tries to impress judges to win them over for the contest. Somehow will make it to semi finals. Reebdoog: I just. He’s a funky guy? Sounds like Jerry Springer? Probably bribed the judges? Idk. PithyDoctorG: Will make another links course because thats what he won with. At the same time Reebdoog will make fun of his name by saying it sounds like a 1980’s rappers name. Mayday91283: Will easily make the best and most original course in the contest but somehow won’t even make the semi finals. But at the same time will tease everyone in the forums. Ryanmcconnell: Will sh%$ the bed and make another poophole river. Idk if im biased because we have a 1v1 match att he same time of the contest. He will claim in at least 3 livestreams hes irish and get away with it because of his fake name. Digitalbunny: Will make a course look good with the craziest routing imaginable enough to make someone pass out from getting too dizzy playing the course. But will make the semis quite easily. Terrygrayson: I know hes not in the contest but will post endless gifs to no end thinking he’s funny but really a 70 year old grandpa. DylanBronson: Will make decent sketches of holes but wont have a clue on how to transfer it into the game. Then halfway through the contest will whine about how bad of a designer he is and quit on the project for a week. Then will “resign” another 2 times before the deadline. Then finishes and wont even get past the first cut. Hehe looks like somebody invited them selves into pool a 👀 |

Sindre: Steals Petty's big @$$ rocks, Griff's retaining walls and some of Arctic Fury's secret voodoo and cruises into the top 8. JC: Wins the contest because he threatens the judging coordinator with the old "I know where you live" line, and isn't wrong. Wes: Gets off to a sluggish start still hungover from the disappointment of Game 7. Makes a tropical course because he can't get "Baby Shark" out of his head. Chuck: In typical Illinois fashion, heads north of the Cheddar Curtain into God's Country for inspiration. But be warned, as Gordon Lightfoot said, "The big lake it's said never gives up her dead when the gales of November come early." Pablo: Gets blamed for something. Sam: Finds a way to put wire fences in the fairways, and it works for some strange reason. Ben: Laughs all the way to the finals because he somehow still ended up in Pool B. |

meh...the pools really don't matter a whole lot. I thought about not having ANY pools...but in the end the invites worked better this way. A couple invites actually got moved to another pool simply because we had some guys say no...then yes...then no...then sure...then they were given a massive virtual wedgie until they capitulated.
