I'm curious to find out why the community at large has not used the Voice Chat lobby more. I play almost every night there with Fuzion and hmammoth and we have a ton of fun. We've also played some team rounds with Doyley and Tim. To me, live play with others is a lot more fun that playing alone. I realize that the consoles have their own way to play together but for PC users, tell me why you haven't tried the voice chat?

Well, Mostly because whenever I check it nobody seems to be on. This one might be a bit slow to catch on since so many folks have their own voice channels where they feel comfortable. I'd be picking my ball up all the time to keep up with you pro's anyway.    I'll keep checking, -Mike |

Not into voice chatting. Just shy in general.
what HB really needs is a matchmaking system that can pair you up with another player who is also actively searching for a round then an in game text chat.

I jumped on and was intimidated by the awesomeness that was Doyley  We did yarn for a bit, but to be honest, Im normally up and down in front of PC... I might jump on with a few beers when Im not busy and see what's happening in our large wide world |

I don't think it appeals to console gamers as much. Not sure about the PC guys though.

When i get a new PC i will as the sound on my current system is broken (mobo problems and front panel connectors too)

We have a group of guys, often 4, sometimes 5 (sometimes more) that all play on PS4.
We use the PS4 party chat while we play together.
It's a blast. More times than not, the banter is more entertaining than the game.
So for folks that haven't tried it, it really is a lot of fun.
If I played on PC I would take full advantage of the voice chat lobby.

I just use a cheap 20 year old desktop microphone, it's all you need!

I use team speak. .. mumble just always has a weird echo that I can't get rid of. .. and I haven't seen anyone in the room for ages. .. so I stopped looking and removed it.

Best times to look for someone are between 5 and 11 pm eastern time. Fuzion is on almost every night and I am on at least three to four times a week. I was on from 6:30 til 11:00 pm last night.
