So this was my first tourney after Q school. Shot like crap. +7, -1, -5, -5 . First round had a couple of what I thought were phantom fasts that just so happened to coincide with the cliffs (I'm lefty). Was gonna give up after a couple doubles. Decided to man up and finish out. Certainly played better. I was -6 on the back nine of my last round. Practice makes perfect I suppose!

Keep at it mate. They are restructuring the flights at the moment too. Eventually you will find your form.
I've dropped 2 flights in the last 4 weeks so I'm just trying to hold steady at the moment

Greetings CC'ers… In the upcoming week you take on the PGA championship qualifier. This is similar to the Masters qualifier where some number of you (leave for Doyley to say the exact number) will get the chance to play in the PGA Championship. As such, this tournament is ment to be tough... You're playing this week at Bethpage Black.. which hosted last years PGA championship. It's set up to tackle all aspects of your game over the four rounds... It starts out soft, but then firms up and speeds up as you go. Just a fair warning that this week is up there in difficulty. If that's not your cup of tea, or you are worried about getting a demotion strike or two.. this might not be the week for you You can always try your hand at cc pro tournament (played on the same course, but slightly tougher conditions). For those of you tackling the challenge... this course will eat your lunch if you try and play hero. Prepare yourself to limit you misses and take your medicine when needed. You can score around here If you play well. Good luck and have fun!

Holy crap, even with only getting -2 on the second round im still sitting 30th overall on CCE at -10, 10th in Masters clubs. So many people at the top on pro clubs which surprises me on this course.

That was weird.
Finished my rounds at -33.
Round 4 seemed like a different course, did we play from different tees? I don’t usually notice but I was like “what hole is this” multiple times.
So many chances missed and stupid bogeys. Close to -50 takes this out I reckon.

I'm not a fan of tangalooma.

I rarely ever play tournaments anymore. I decided to play last week and this week. Opened with a first round 59! I'm thrilled with that. I haven't shot a sub-60 tour round since TGC2. Hopefully I don't screw up the next 3 rounds too bad lol.
