-31 under and a demotion mark for me this week, I had one triple bogie in the first round and one bogie in the third and that’s it.

-48 this week and my first ever promo mark with T10 on Masters clubs. I also think my first every no bogey week. I missed a few putts I should have made, but made some long ones.

Second week back in B and I ended up finishing with -45. Could have been better but I'm going in the right direction. Putting still hit and miss

I really don't like this week's course. I know they can't all be great, but the 15th hole is probably the worse hole on TGC I have ever played.
But I will keep plugging away. I hit 17 greens in R1, but only managed -8 with 2 bogies.

-8, -12, -14 and -9, for a total of -43. I could have done it waaaaay better, I missed a lot of putts and made a lot of bogeys... I'm ok as I think I'll get rid of my last demotion mark.
Next week course looks tough!!! Elevation changes, high winds, hard greens... I'll take some practice rounds with the most difficult conditions in the weather report.

Will be desperately trying to cling on to my promotion mark this week after a poor start to proceedings.... 5 under for round 1 & came off the course cursing that final third run in. Much better round 2... bogey free, 9 birds & eagled the 16th for a rallying 11 under par. Horrendous start to round 3 with a double bogey at the first but recovered well to hand in a card of 9 under par. Final round was a disappointing 11 under par for the low winds & soft conditions... no errors but I was -7 at the turn & could only add 4 birdies on the back 9 once again leaving the 18th green moaning about the last 6 holes. 36 under for the event.... will it be enough to preserve my little green promo symbol? Enjoyed the tricky Oxford Greens course overall but seriously wanted to "Rambo" number 15 >>>>>>

Yeah, I don't mind if you have to do some shot shaping, but there were a couple of holes, 15 in particular, that were almost impossible to get a clear line. I also am not enjoying the increased field sizes that are coming about due to COVID lockdowns. Over 200 golfers last week. I'm still managing to finish around mid-pack most weeks, its just that lower mid-pack now involves a demotion mark.

Seeing some familiar faces in here which is comforting considering i'll likely be joining soon based on a couple bad rounds in CCA.
it's been quite an interesting trajectory over the last season or 2: - Jumped from CCF to CCA quickly after starting the game due to promotion event and spent about 30 weeks with 2 top 25 finishes feeling pretty comfortable - I jumped to KF from promotion event and played 25 events with 2 top 25 finishes before having 2 horrible finishes in my last two as i lost my focus - Dropped back to CCA and basically i've had 2 bad rounds in 2 events and the rest pretty good and it's going to cost me 5 red marks and demotion
not sure what to think, either competition has gotten a lot better or i've gotten worse or maybe i just like tougher setups and CCA has become and extreme shootout tour. don't feel like i'm playing that much worse on the whole just some careless mistakes and not making putts in that mid-range
anyway, getting into COD a little bit so i'll see where my urge to play stands next week...

CC-A is tough because it is the best Pro Club users that can't go anywhere. When I was using Pro-Clubs, I did well in CC-A, but I finally made the switch to Masters and went down to CC-B in 3 weeks making that adjustment. Also, with everyone home, fields are better and so many good scores. This week, the difference between 30th and 100th is 5 strokes right now. You need to play well/ok every round to not get a demotion mark. I feel like the Admins need to adjust demotions/promotions based on these new field sizes.

They CAN go up, they just choose not to. If you are THAT GOOD with pro clubs, take on the challenge of Masters!

I think there should be no choice to the promotion they should go up even if they might be back down in a couple of weeks at the moment they are a big fish in a small pond to the rest of us.

Les, but what if they have never used Masters? Never WANT to use Masters. What then? Hoo boy, club debate. Sorry. They have a BCT, how much longer before they consider a PCT and a MCT? What if they want to uncross the playforms? Doubt that would happen, goes against the TGCT grain IMO. Again, sorry and feel free to ignore this chat and move on the scores and stories.
