Greetings All, joining the Fonzie Tour after my epic fail at trying to be one of the Children of the Korn.
Nice start for me, -9 with only one Humphrey.
Onward!

Unfortunately Art, the way things are now in CC-A your -9 if repeated 3 more times will more than likely get you a demotion strike. The logjam created by not allowing pro club users to advance to the Master only divisions has created a bit of a mini PGA, where the better Pro club players are pushing Master club users and good but not great Pro club users into mediocrity week after week. My two cents. Not sure what could be done. Not smart enough to figure that out. Lol.

Before my misadventure in a promo event that took me to the KF, I was quite comfortable in triple C where my PC Masters Mouse scores put me comfortably in purgatory every week, no reds no greens just...present. I fully expect my time here in Fonzie will be short lived. Then a stint with the Killer B's before I am home again. Until then I intend on enjoying the journey. Onward!! Oh BTW carded a hard fought -3 in the winds of round 2. -12 halfway is an average score for me, so I am ok with that.

Pro club players can move up with three promotion marks.

Pro club players can move up with three promotion marks. Thanks buddy, I was unaware of that. It’s not too clear in the Tournament Procedures.

We obviously have the best pro club players stacked up in CC-A. I do like the 15/5 split to fight that a bit. But man is it hard to get a win with master clubs.

Round 3 and no visits from any of the Humphreys! 12 under 60 included -5 over the last 4 holes.
Doubles my score to -24. Not gonna win, but not gonna be last either.
Onward!

Round 4 another Humphrey free 62! Made a couple of nice par saves and one long chirpie putt.
-34 is better than my average, so happy with that. Purgatory? Maybe. Red mark? Possibly.
No matter, enjoying the journey.
Onward!

If a pro club player gets 3 promo marks but doesn't want to use masters what happens?

If a pro club player gets 3 promo marks but doesn't want to use masters what happens? then they should message Doyley and say they don’t want to be promoted since all pro levels have to use them. I think they just reset you back to zero marks? Not sure.

My -34 performance, much better than my usual scoring in TGCT events of the 25-28 under range, is going to get me 2 reds where in the rest of CC-Pro I would be comfortably in purgatory.
I'll keep trying, but at this rate it won't be long before I am back in Triple C where I think I belong.
Onward!

Hi all,
I'm happy to welcome you at Broken Arrow Champ., proud to have been chosen among notorious fellow Dirtbag designers. I hope the course will give you back all the joy (and sometimes struggle) I put in designing
As I work on a pro tour version of the course, each remark will be welcome. Just to show, here is a picture of the new 16th par 3 I redesigned (you will play form the old tees you can see the shadows to the left). I did not like the uphill line of play.

I too managed a -34 in my first week since dropping back into CC-land, naively thinking this might be good enough to avoid a strike - how silly I was! And then for this week's tourney I somehow finished level par overall So that'll probably be a triple-red and a fast-track down to B, but hey, I'm gonna keep using those Master Clubs even if it takes me all the way to Z...
