This Thursday I celebrate 40 years of existence. In honor of this milestone, instead of giving me a gift, I wish to see the best week of games in NFL Stableford League regular season history! With some of the heavyweight match-ups scheduled for this week, there is definitely anticipation throughout the League to see which teams will set themselves apart heading towards the playoffs. Before I sink my teeth into the Week 11 birthday cake, I want to wrap up a couple of League issues from Week 10. First, we had two zero scores from the Steelers and Saints, teams that are most likely out of the playoff hunt. To open things up to players that may have missed out when the League launched over two months ago, I am vacating the ownership of these franchises and ensuring entry into next season for whomever takes the reins of either team (yes, I plan on having a season two of NFL Stableford!). I realize real life issues happen, but it damages the integrity of the league when owners bail. Especially when they have a chance to play spoiler. So instead of granting a mulligan, I'm being proactive in giving two new owners a chance at joining in on the fun and possibly experiencing some wins along the way for a couple of struggling franchises. Second, this past week on Twitch, the live match-up between the Ravens and Bengals was a great success. It was good to see others from the league on the stream joining in the banter and I believe this is great for the League going forward! Thanks to BENNY6676 and killahbeaz132 two of the top XB1 players in TGC2019 for putting on a show! Now on to the sweetness that is Week 11. First off, I want to give a shout-out to the Dallas Cowboys ( mhead293 ) and Los Angeles Rams ( CGib2 ) for remaining undefeated with 9-0 records this late in the season. Considering the caliber of competition in this League, that is an accomplishment! This week both teams will face tough tests as the Cowboys travel to Detroit to take on the playoff-hopeful Lions ( jhendricks316 ) while the Rams play host to the NFC North-leading Monsters of the Midway, the Chicago Bears ( wadey1801 ). The Bears-Rams result could go a long way towards deciding home course advantage in the NFC and will be a hot ticket at Riviera. Staying in the NFC, there are two divisional clashes that will also have major playoff implications going forward. The division-leading Atlanta Falcons ( b101 ) take flight to TPC San Antonio to take on their closest rival, the Carolina Panthers ( Rock-Night22 ) in a battle for the NFC South lead. Heading west, the Arizona Cardinals ( CoinHen77 ) look to gain ground in the NFC West and in the Wild Card race as they hit the road to take on the #1 NFC Wild Card San Francisco 49ers ( crushtastic ). In the AFC, another divisional battle with playoff chances on the line is featured as the resurgent Miami Dolphins ( xcltaff1980 ) play host to the AFC East-leading Buffalo Bills ( Coniglio ). Finally, to blow out the candles on Week 11, the game of the week in the AFC features two 8-1 teams with Super Bowl aspirations. The AFC South-leading Houston Texans ( nick80 ), who just experienced their first loss in Week 9, travel to Baltimore to take on the high-flying AFC North-leading Ravens. Coupled with the fact that this game could also be streaming live on Twitch, this has the potential to be the most anticipated game of the season so far. Wow, after this recap, I am stuffed. Good luck to all teams in Week 11! Great write up bud! This is a great society and is up there with my favourites. You've got a great format and some absolutely amazing players involved! Top stuff!

Have a tough one this week on the road. crushtastic and I went toe to toe 2 weeks ago and I’m hoping I can bring some of that same magic along when I travel to the Olympic Club. Based on a couple practice rounds today it’s gonna be a tough one. And a happy early birthday to you Tyler!

Week 10 is finalized, the deadline was last night. I am opening up the team spot for someone else to claim. I understand all too well about being busy. Best of luck with The Money Tour. Even more reason to give me leeway. It’s my first offence. I’m baffled. After further consideration, since he reached out to the League, I am reinstating steelerswillis as the owner of the Pittsburgh Steelers. If @kvespe contacts the League Office this week, he will be considered for reinstatement also. Otherwise, the Saints ownership will remain vacant until a new owner can be located. If a team does not have an active owner before the end of the current week, the team falls under League control. and its posted score will be 18/36 upon completion of the week.

Week 11 Eagles (vs Patriots) Score 23/43 Pretty happy with how my team played coming off the bye week. We’ll see if it’s enough.

Week 11 Cards @ 49’ers Cards: 25/48 After a couple disappointing practices coach Kinsgbury laid into the team imploring them to “get their heads out of their asses” and the team responded. Started off strong in the first half but missed a gimme birdie from 4 feet and had to settle for 23. The team could have let it get to them (drunk kickers and all that) but instead they came out and dominated the second half with a 25, highlighted by a chip in eagle on 17. Hopefully that missed gimme on the front doesn’t bite me in the ass. If it does crushtastic will have played a helluva round so hats off to him. Good luck!

Week 11 Jacksonville @ Indianapolis After getting on a nice run pre bye week, there was some doubt over whether the week off would hinder the run. With our division leaders taking on the Ravens on the road this week, the opportunity to pile on some real pressure presented itself and the boys delivered with a 2 big opening drives. The first resulting in a hole out from 148 yards for 4 points, followed by a 15 footer for 2 in a row at the 2nd. From there on it was just about keeping the momentum going and limiting mistakes. Best of luck to nancogc and the Indianapolis Colts this week.
