Updated - £130 paying for my daughter's birthday party. Money well spent seeing her, her friends and her cousins all having a great time.

Never had time for lunch but got a carwash. Yesterday though I went grocery shopping for the family. 191 bucks and then you put it all away and it doesn't look like 191 bucks.

Way too many. You can have them. We'll keep our odds with wildfires and earthquakes. There are a few places here we are looking at back down in the 1,000-1,200 range. Our lease is up in October so the hunt is on. Incredible how much this area has gone up in value. When we first rented this apartment 9 years ago, it was $1050 a month. Every time they raise it they say they are "matching market value". It certainly will never go down for those reasons. Life's a beach On topic = 1/4 oz sativa, $45.

I hear ya. I live in a valley though they go around me. I'm from NY so I know about crazy costs of living. I miss the food of NY being Italian but not much else. Well minus being around a much more diverse culture. A lot of big white people here lol.
You can't buy a condo or something? Hate hearing you gotta rent.
Bought a bottle of JD today. Drinking now. Probably should stop posting.

Probably should stop posting. When my wife and I first got married 10 years ago we talked about buying a house. The biggest question was - do i want to be paying on 25/30 year mortgage when i'm in my 70's? Nah, i didn't. So we rent. Saving grace is we don't have to pay for anything that goes wrong. Dishwasher went out not too long ago, got a new one the next day no cost to me. If we hit a lottery I'l buy a little sumthin-sumthin
