Beautiful course, very simplistic but not boring at all, loved the sprouts of planting here and there. The light on some of the holes were fantastic! Liked the bunkering for the most part. Hole 8 was my favorite and the uphill par 3 was a nice touch as well. On a purely aesthetic note some of the goats popped in the lighting some fell flat 😂

I'm not sure why I never did, but I finally submitted this to the database tonight. If it gets approved, since it was originally designed for the CC contest last year, perhaps the CC schedulers will need it for something down the road? catcherman22 ErixonStone |

It's Victory Lane Sports Golf week on my schedule this week. On first impressions i wasn't sure about Helmsley but it's really grown on me, different wind directions bring different tree's into play and the elevations tempt you into playing tee shots you probably shouldn't play. Options on pretty much every tee shot and greens that leave tucked pins accessible if planned and executed well. Really enjoyed it
