I don't know if this move i'm forced to do can cause some issue in TGC Tour..and for this reason, just to be clear and correct, i wish to explain here the situation and to ask if i'm right thinking that is ok..
I'm experiencing some severe issue with terrains in some course and i was forced to quit my CC-C tourney of this week (Tantallon Castle) for this reason. I also noticed that i have the same issue (but A LOT worst) with the next week's course (Lakewood Country Club).
So i asked yesterday for assistance at the HB forum and Keith and other guys suggest me to uninstall and reinstall the game (first), then both the game and Steam.
I did it, but it don't works. Probably (but i'm not sure, i'm not a very experienced gamer) cause Steam saves every setup, so after reinstalling everything, i found everything as before. Issues included.
So now, as a last chance (waiting for the devs giving some answer to Keith, at least, but i'm honestly not too optimistic they can have some solution for this) i wish to try with creating a totally new Steam profile, hoping that this could solve my issue. I'll lose every data of my career but i don't care, i'm only concerned about everything is ok in TGCTour.
I think everything it will be fine with this move, cause if i'm not wrong, after creating a new steam profile, i should just edit my profile in TGCT to use it in the tour without any issue..but i wish to know if it is actually ok. Is it?
