Welllll I wasn't playing that well to begin with at -6 through 2 rounds, but I was on the green in 2 on the first hole in round 3 and finished with a triple bogey. I played the rest of that round bogey-free and got back to -1, then on the first hole in the fourth round I 3-putted for bogey, missing a par from 6 feet.
Aaand then I sank a put from the fringe, then holed out for an albatross on 3 (which is wild because I had one in last week's Euro tournament too) and lipped out a flop from the bunker on 4.
Except then I went ahead and lipped out the 3 foot par on 4 as well.

Well aside from hearing about everyone's useless complaints, and whining....I was curious what would happen if a low CC-Z or G player qualified and miraculously finished in the top 5 or 10. Would they fast track up a few tours?
And for everyone's essays about how qualifying SHOULD be....it does not matter what it is, someone will always shoot 10+ under. If that's not you and it's not fun for you, dont play the qualifier. Dont tell these hard working admin how to do it cause the majority that are apart of this awesome Free + Donate tour have no issue in the least bit. All they are doing is what their vision is and trying to separate the best from those that are not. And trust me their job is harder now with Pro and Master Clubs. There is a fine line.
Anyway, my hypothetical question is what I posted about.

But are you a 45 year old African with a gray beard? Wtf is this comment all about?? Your comments about the difficulty issue were quite correct, but why act like a complete douche and start bringing ethnicity and appearance into it?? Can you speak any language better than his English??

Anyway, my hypothetical question is what I posted about. Good question, i was curious too. About the complaints, sorry mate, i disagree. But not about my specific complaint, that it can be a stupid one. Absolutely. I disagree just with the idea that the admins here (on in every place like this) runs "their vision". I don't think is how things works. And it should be very wrong for me. An admin for me is someone who take in charge (if i can explain myself well enough) the HUGE responsability about everything could be always well working, fair and funny. And it's a work endless. As my respect for their work is. Even when i disagree with something. But without some debate, a lot of good ideas and improvements that we have, should be probably never seen. (look at the recent change on the promo mark logic, just to have an example). What make the admins of this place so great, is EXACTLY the fact that when they see a good idea from some member, they really care and think about it. And sometime they change something just cause it can improve our experience here. It's what i appreciate more, about this place. And...in the specific case,i was not looking for an "easier" tournament. But for some alternative way to obtain more or less the same result but with more fun. My hope was simply to have some debate, not to see my complaints accepted or tooked for good. Who could really wish an easy major? And you're right also when you say that at least who can't have fun can simply quit to play. Is what i usually do. And it's fine for me. But is so wrong to think "it could be possible to improve?" ?. It was just this. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Can you speak any language better than his English?? Please, don't do it. Let it go. In fact was my fault. I answered. My bad. I should understand everything from the "mic drop". I should expecting nothing less from some...person...who speaks as if he was talking from a stage or a pulpit. Furthermore, i live from my childhood in a place full of people like this that, when they are without something smart enough to say or just they have some audience, starts to acts like bullies that in their eyes is in a weak position for some reason (as can be for my english in this case, but i'm already fully awared about how basic my english knowledge is. I do my best...but i know is not always enough). And any of those sad puppets who tried to f@$k me in this way, in these years, learned quite soon that there's no pu$$y here. For nobody. There's only syphilis. (cit.) So trust me if i say that there's no chance to intimidate me or to ruin my day (or a single minute) acting in this poor way. I laugh at him a bit. I thank God that i'm lucky enough to be a stupid maybe...but not so much. And it ends. Easy, isn't?

And I was just trying to guess your ethnicity based on whats posted here. Just a weird obsession to see if I was right. Like Sherlock Holmes. Didn't mean any harm or insult.

Anyway, back to golf perhaps. At Cypress Dunes, I was -6 through 8 and -8 through 14 in Round 1. Then my US Open dreams got the best of me. I fell apart (and the conditions got much harder). Finished -11 for the week, I believe, about the same as last week. Again, felt like -20 is my best possible score, which still wouldn't quite be good enough to qualify. Back to practicing!

Cypress Dunes was a great course and a fun and very challenging 4 rounds. Started off hot and will be left with a bunch of what ifs as i just couldn't keep from shooting myself in the foot every time i had a nice run going those last 2 rounds. Shot -6, -9, -4, -2 = -21 total. My best qualifying rounds yet but not nearly good enough

Here are your official US Open qualifiers so far through two events - note that both Qualifying Event winners had been promoted to PGA in same week so they are not included. Those that had already qualified during Event #1 were ignored for Event #2 top 10. If you fall below the "Missed on Tiebreaker" line you did not qualify in that event

Congrats to the following 30 players who qualified for the U.S. Open via the Qualifying Events - Emails have been sent out to each of you. Good luck! ** note if your name is below the "Missed on Tiebreaker" you did not qualify (except for Todd Wright)

I'll have to go through and manually withdraw the 30 qualifiers from their regular tour events - will do that sometime before Thursday.
