NOTE: Please do not post on rounds that have not been revealed on the leaderboard. Moderating is in effect and they will be removed. Please use the Locker Room threads to discuss rounds not revealed. Thanks! The Press Tent will be a feature on TGC Tours where you can come in after a round or tournament and answer some questions from the press. You can let off some steam or tell about some great (or not so great) shots. Some of your answers will be used in Tournament recaps. Have fun, keep it clean! Reminder: Please include your leaderboard name in your post or in the Tour Name portion of your forum profile so that our reporters can make the connection between your Press Tent posts and your leaderboard names. Thx! Questions (answer as many or as few as you like) - What was the highlight of your round/tournament?
- What was the low-light of your round/tournament?
- What did you think of the course?
- How did you fare on the leaderboard? Who were you trying to beat?
- Ask your own question and answer it!

at the bus stop outside the car park at Liberty Sound
You leaving already?
Maybe, no point in sticking around. Cost of beer at the club house out of my price range - low finishes on hand full of cuts equals no money.
Noticed you posted a 79 on the score sheet after first round, leaving you 205th and dead last at this point in time. Course too tough for ya?
Nah, course is ok, just a bit miffed when I hit a ball down a cliff on the 7th and had to take a +7. Kinda killed the tournament for me, at my skill level I have no chance of recovering enough to make the cut from there.
So you're just quitting? Going home to kick the dog?
Don't have a dog.
Still a quitter though.
Based on what?
errrr, you leaving already....?
pffft, assumption is the mother of all... never mind. I never broke par here prior to this tournament. After posting the 79 I knew I won't make the cut, but I went straight back to the 1st tee and set myself a goal of finishing the tourney under par after 4 rounds. And I did just that. No please move out of my way, I have a bus to catch to the next venue.

Outside the clubhouse at the end of the second round...
Hey Kyle. After two rounds, you're currently sitting in a tie for 4th at -15. You must be feeling pretty good?
Definitely. I left some birdies out on the course which was a little disappointing, but after seeing some of the other scores that have been posted I can't really complain.
So after two rounds here, what's been working for you so far?
I've just been playing smart golf. This is a tough course, and its about managing your score and taking birdies when they present themselves. A couple of eagles have definitely helped!
Anything you're looking to improve on?
I've lost a few strokes on the greens. A little more focus there and I might be able to lower my scores a bit.
What do you think of the course itself?
A nice track, but as some of my fellow competitors have mentioned, some greens/pin positions are just bordering on being unfair.
What were your goals heading into this week's event?
After just missing the cut on my tour debut last week, I was really just hoping to make the cut here. It looks like I'm in pretty good shape to do that, so I'm pleased.
Alright! Thanks for your time, Kyle. Good luck the rest of the way.
