Welcome to Tenahka Kahns The Golf Club Tours Challenge Circuit Championship Design Contest The Diamond Cutters Work In Progress..... And breathe.... So the required elements I'm pretty sure I will be using are: One drivable par 4 One par 3 over 230 yards Two holes with ZERO bunkers Three par 4's under 400 yards I really don't know if I will be streaming my design. I've never streamed a design session before and might be a bit too self doubting to go about it. We shall see, if I did stream, you all know where to find me  (the link is below!) |

So After several false starts, I think I'm on to something I like. I am going to be going for a lush green forest feel with a few lakes, there wont be crazy elevation changes. I think the most for any one hole should be about 60 feet down hill ( a potentially drivable par 4) I am trying a different method of designing this go around. I stated with a dead flat baron plot again but this time, I am sculpting as I go and working from where I want the lowest point on my course. I am sculpting up from there hole by hole. I have my 18 plotted but only 2 sculpted so far. I hope that over the next week or so I might have the confidence to stream some design, we shall see |

Just a couple of pics to show what I'm trying to work on... This is my 230+ yard par 3 8th and on the left is my 3 shot par 5 6th, you could technically reach it in 2, if you hit 2 perfectly placed shots and were brave enough lol  And just a random pic showing some elevation change in the distance.  |

Ok one more question lol. How do you get the spectator view pic (with no labels or words on screen)? Theres probably an easier way than what I do, I go into play test, make sure its on a hole far away from where I want to take the pic. Then after I take the pics, I upload them to twitter, then I download them on my laptop, and trim the pic to get rid of the hud and everything else lol, then re upload it. Like I said, I'm sure there is an easier way! |
