Decided to play in 15mph winds like a muppet, paid for it with 64 with a double bogey and a one in the water off perfectly good tee shots. Pretty annoyed. Ball squirt?

Welp another tourney played in consistent 10-15mph winds(4th week in a row now) and another missed cut. I'm not sure sub-10mph wind exists anymore at this point lol. I guess it's time for a break from TGC, just not fun playing in winds like that every single round.

I guess it's time for a break from TGC, just not fun playing in winds like that every single round. Saturday 3-10am there was 0-7mph wind for four rounds. I was working late and kept checking back until MrSourNinja came on I would often play a round. If the winds were too high, I'd try back another time. If they were good I would play two rounds and wait until I could see what the cut line was likely to be (or if i was on the cut line) what it actually was before playing the final two rounds. I'm now realizing that if you have a favourable wind, you should just play all four rounds if you can as many folks on here do.

Used my sponsors exemption, but the dream turned into a nightmare. It was nice to walk in the footsteps of the elite for a couple of rounds.... (well it would have been if I had stayed on the fairways) Missed the cut (guaranteed) with a total of 3 over par for the 36 holes. No point playing 3 & 4 but on the positive side I didn't have to go round my own tours venue at Liberty Sound So it's back to reality & the Web.com with my tail between my legs to see which flight I'm placed in. Good luck to all you high flyers, have fun.

I knew i needed to go low in the second round to stick around for the weekend. I had an awesome round and rode a hot putter en route to a 55 -16 in my second round. Tour card here i come

More so disappointed because i thought it would prevent me from making the cut plus its not that hard of a course and i knew i could go low as evidenced by my 55...

I'm 1 shot below the cut line right now.. Hopefully -8 in round 2 is enough to barely squeeze my way into a PGA Tour Card.

Thanks all for the nice comments for my win last week! Can someone fill me in on tiebreaks? Personally, I think the purse for first and second should be split up and both be credited with a win as obviously there isn't a way to have a playoff. Anyway, I shot 59-55-58-58 for -54. I tied with Doyley. Nice shooting by him. I lipped out a putt on 17 in the final round that may have won the tournament outright, if no one beats -54.
