Was wondering what you all's top 10 classic rock songs of the 60's, 70's, 80's were.
Keep in mind that I love this genre of music so creating a top 10 list was so difficult.
Here are mine: 10. Inxs - need you tonight 9. Orleans - still the one 8. Phil Collins - in the air 7. Hurt Lewis - Hip to be square 6. Toto - hold the line 5. Queen- Bohemian Rhapsody 4. Tom Petty- free falling 3. Cars- Just what I needed 2. Outfield- your love 1. 38 special- hold on loosely.
Honorable mentions: thousands of similar songs.
Hopefully this generates ample discussion

To tired at the moment to rank them, so I'll just give you the top ten that come to mind, in no particular other order, if thats ok.
Styx - Renegade, Sailing Away
Foriegner - Juke Box Hero Toto - Rosanna Boston - Foreplay/Long Time Meat Loaf - Paradise by the Dashboard Lights Queen - Bohemian Rhapsody Phil Collins - In the Air Journey - Don't Stop Believin'
Really pretty much anything else by these bands, lol these are my favorite singers/groups.

Bon Jovi - Livin on a Prayer is the obvious pick, but I prefer Always, or Bed of Roses. Heart - Alone U2 - With or Without You (and most of the rest of Joshua Tree and Rattle and Hum) Bryan Adams - Summer of 69 or Heaven (although Heaven is not really rock!) Xtreme - More than Words Meatloaf - I would do anything for Love Guns n Roses - Sweet Child o' Mine Scorpions - Wind of Change Evanescence - Bring Me to Life Queen - anything (except Under Pressure which I can't stand!) Oasis - Wonderwall or Don't Look Back in Anger (and yes - I can't count )

Lots of great songs listed, probably got my top 10 covered in there already. I’m more of a band fan than a particular song. The Doors, INXS, Foo Fighters, Hilltop Hoods (Aussie hip hop), AC/DC, Metallica, GnFnR, Bon Jovi - although I’m not gay for him like Hammo, Robbie Williams, Red Hot Chilli Peppers etc etc. I’m a 73 model, but like to think I keep up on the modern stuff, excluding the saccharine pop stuff.
Here’s some Hoods.
It’s your round!!!!

Generally don't hark back that much when it comes to music - there's still tons of good new stuff out there But I'm as old as you old farts... and pretty much had a youth listening to most of the above. Saw all the mainstays of the nineties live; G'n'R, Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Faith No More, Stone Roses, Oasis, The Verve etc. etc. Did listen to this over the weekend, for the first time in half a dozen years - if you want rockin' rock, this is what it sounds like....

Christ, I listen to music as diverse from Guns N Roses to Katie Melua to Jimi Hendrix to Arctic Monkeys to Basement Jaxx. I wouldn't know where to start to list a top 10. Edit: Baby Shark (thanks to my daughter who loves it) would not make the list though.
