Anyone comparing Howard to this clown has not spent much time listing to him. He also is one of the best interviewers out there.
Great for long drives that is for sure .

Iâm so enraged watching part 2. For a guy who âcanât rememberâ so much and was âjust reporting on a report I sawâ, he certainly seems a LOT more self assured when he is spewing his hatred live on air than when replying ina deposition he undoubtably had months to prepare for. Indeed Ray, his righteous indignation on air is very calculated. As Jack alluded to, the hatred is just a by product... the real interest is in peddling this shite... www.infowarsshop.com/I'd never advocate banning these sort of people from spouting their horrible & ill thought out ideas. Freedom of speech should have very few, tightly defined, limits - and shouldn't be extended to hate speech imho. But as Patrick says, de-platforming them is absolutely in order. Want to spread bullshit & hate - expect people to call you out for that and deny you the chance to use their platform to do it.

Just canât agree that it shouldnât be illegal (#wordsmith) to knowingly broadcast hate speech based on things you know to be false. To attack the state and spread lies, when it can be proven in a court the person knew they were lying, should have consequences. I realise it wonât be a popular opinion, but for it to be legal for people to incite the kind of hatred I see on YouTube videos with young women or men screaming at a person for their clothing and/or religion is what is ruining society in my opinion. Everyone is anonymous online, so say things theyâd never have their family see. I may say some stuff here that isnât popular around and seen as a bit of a hothead/whiner, but the people in my life know that about me.
Iâm kinda ok with big brother butting in to stuff like that. Iâd much rather some elite police service rooting out the people doing it than the internet and therefor world becoming the kind of place itâs heading towards without some sort of major change in mindset. Here in Oz we pay our politicians poorly with great pensions, yet every politician somehow ends up as a multi millionaire before theyâve finished their term or shortly after it. Shouldnât be hard to police ethics in politics. When they become us, and the 1% pay their share, the balance will start to be regained.

Edit, felt like a wall of text... Rays off with the unicorns đŚđ¤đź

I remember watching that at the time - like I say, he's almost hilarious Watching again - was noticeable just how much Andrew Neil (also pretty unpleasant in his own way) tried to provoke the reaction. Which is exactly how Alex Jones wants it... we give him air such that he can breathe...

The internet has presented unique problems that we don't yet have the answer for. In the old days - these sort of marginal nutcases views would still exists, but the groups of people that share them would be small and disconnected. Small numbers = no power. Now the disparate nutcases can connect - their power grows. I haven't come across a good idea counter this new problem yet. But firmly believe that it can't be some state arbiter of what is or is not acceptable. Once that happens, it's a few shorts steps to the Stasi.

I think those steps can be legislated against, and I do trust the state. I respect everyoneâs entitled to an opinion, I just canât see a middle ground on it and donât see any other solution. I certainly wouldnât want the âpoliceâ Iâm referring to being a political entity, rather a state one. Obviously I donât have all the answers on it, but the potential benefits outweigh my fears.
Got through the second vid, does drag a bit. Got plenty of reading and videos to watch on him now to get a bigger picture.
