I was granted a PGA/EURO exemption this week which I am pretty pumped about, but I have already played my 4 rounds at Coyote Canyon. Can I also play at the PGA Tour stop using the exemption or is it a one or the other situation?
Or is the exemption for Next week?
Thanks!

Since tournament results have to finalize before the sponsors exemptions are handed out (which is usually Mon or Tues), the next tournament has already begun, so the exemption is for the following week. So an exemption earned from the W05 tournament results can be used for the W07 tournament. And you can only play in one tournament per week, so if you are playing PGA/Euro in Week 7, you cannot play in web.com Week 7.
A *lot* of players will be receiving sponsors exemptions for Week 7 based on the scoring criteria from Week 5 (Loch Lorne).
And, since people are apt to ask the follow up question: If you play on a sponsors exemption and make the cut, you automatically get that tour's tour card, and you automatically get registered for the following weeks tour event.
So, let's say you use your exemption for PGA week 7. You make the cut. Once the tournament is finalized (or possibly once the cut is finalized... not sure on that), you will get your PGA tour card, and will be automatically registered for the Week 08 PGA event, and de-registered for the W08 Web.com event if you had registered for it. (for Euro, sub "Euro" with "PGA")

No problem. Figured a detailed explanation makes sense since there are going to be a whole bunch of exemptions handed out this week, and a lot of people will have similar questions.

If you register for Week 8 and then withdraw, you lose the exemption, so make sure you are sure which event you are wanting to enter before registering.

Reminder: once you register with your exemption it is used and gone. Withdrawing does not bring it back - if you withdraw you will not be able to register for a PGA/Euro event.
EDIT: we're going to update the code so that if you withdraw your exemption is still available. In the meantime, if you accidentally withdrew and don't have your exemption anymore please PM me and we'll get you another one.

Quick question. If you make the cut using an exemption, you get promoted to that tour (PGA, Euro). Do you then get an invite to the Masters in April automatically or is there some additional critera that needs to be met?

The Master's has it's own set of invitation criteria. We haven't released it officially yet but it'll be similar, though not exact, to those we released for the WGC event.

Don't no if this counts as off topic if so please move but there was emails sent out saying there was to be break in the web .com for week and then when it returned it would be a new tiered system but the events Callander looks full was hoping to find out when this was so could possibly use exemption durning that week

If you look at the schedule of events you will see an event from 2/16 - 2/22, with the following event being 3/02-3/08 (a one week break in-between them). So if you had an opportunity to use an exemption for 2/23-3/01 (and exemptions earned in W05 could be used for that week as I understand it) that might not be a bad call. Of course, if you used your exemption for 2/16-2/22 and made the cut, you would automatically be registered for the next event at that tour level and be covered for 2/23-3/01 that way.
