Maybe it is starting to lose its luster, many struggle to compete in a flooded out Web.com, with ridiculously low scores in the last 5 weeks ... or at least it is in my case, I am shocked that I finally posted a decent round and see the top ten leader's with super low scores. That combined with the wind issues, which is a big issue (with me), and the only reason I managed to post descent scores for a change is I had moderate winds ( < 10 mph ) for a change (sub-gale force) ... What is even sadder, I would not have made the cut (again), if the "cut-line" was still at the original "top 70" ... with a 63-62 .... which is my best rounds ever ...  Good thing I only play for fun ... but ...  |

So, back after the cut and the magic of the first two rounds was merely a spark in the third. Several easy putts rounding the hole and others just poorly lined up which cost me a number of strokes resulting in a 63. Normally quite good for me, but clearly not good enough to keep up with the top shooters. Who knows what number four has in store, but one thing is certain, it should be a very interesting finish.

I'm just excited to be playing the weekend. That's never happened to me before. I'll try and remember to wear clean socks and underwear.

My first missed cut on the Web.com...and by 1 stroke. Shot the lights out in practice and choked in the 1st and 2nd rounds. Was 20 under in my last two, but they ndont count. Oh well, good luck to those who of you are still in the fight.

Made the cut by a stroke and finished with a 62 and 61 over the weekend. Good week for me!

Made the cut by a stroke and finished with a 62 and 61 over the weekend. Good week for me! Great shooting in last two rounds. I made the cut on -16 as well whilst on an exemption so well pleased. Last two rounds didn't really amount to much as I finiahed on -26 but don't care as aim was to make it into this tour and build from there!!! |

Weird. I took a demotion from the PGA to play on this tour. I squeak by and make my first ever cut by one stroke and I just got emailed an exemption to try out the PGA. LOL. I think I'll pass. Not gonna make too many cuts on Web, I'm sure as hell not gonna make em on the PGA,
