Extremely easy course. Shot -10 in practice and the bogied the first two holes in regulation. Ended with a 67. Then shot a 61 in round two. Don't think I'll make the cut, but I'm hopeful.

I am starting to get back into the swing of things. Shot 57 in the first round to be tied for the lead after 1...second round shot 59, I left a ton of strokes out there on my second round even pared a par 5...nothing more frustrating in the game than that. Going to wait to play my last two rounds until the weekend hopefully I can have another two good rounds

Man, I was hoping my -52 would hold but I think that is a pipedream at this point. I think my original forecast of -55 to -65 will be what takes the top spot in this one.

Great shooting Brian, particularly with the consistency. That's where I struggle most. I just shot a 58 (a new low for me) for round one which I'm thrilled about as I'm playing on a sponsors exemption. Next round, who knows.

I blew any chance of making the cut on round 2 hole #3. Switched club to make a chip and didn't realize my shot changed in the process and shot it right over the green. Double bogey and after that I was so upset I just rushed the rest of the round. First round 66, second round 68.


There's always next week.

Haha me too -16 and praying. Will be gutted if I miss it by a shot or two!!!

I'm in the -16 boat as well. With the cut line at 150, we may squeak in. Probably like last week, I will miss by one.

Second round in and I'm very pleased with the results. Looks like I'll be joining you good folks for the second half of this tournament, and by proxy earning my full web.com tour card. It was interesting in that the first round I gained a number of strokes by eagling three of the four par fives, and in round two only birdied them, but in the end there was only one stroke difference between them. Funny how things play out sometimes.

At any rate, happy to be improving, but more importantly happy to be a part of a great virtual golfing community again. Happy shooting over the weekend folks!

I'm sitting at -16 and still see a crap ton of guys that haven't posted scores. If no one else plays, the cut is at -15. I think the cut will be at -17 for this tourney, unless they don't play.

From a lot of leaderboard watching as a result of my reporter role, typically around 10-15% of the registered field in any given event never posts a score (or only posts 1 score).
And that has been trending up.
Can't quite figure out why... user error in score posting possibly, or perhaps people play their two rounds, guess they aren't going to make the cut anyways, so they never bother posting. Or, real life gets in the way and they just never get to play (connectivity issues, tech issues, etc).
Really not sure of the reasons, but it's always a pretty good chunk of people every week.
