I did. Had to drop down to players. Too many random v.fast and slow swings. Will yry them again after the patch whenever it comes out. That’s probably why you’re not feeling it, I’d love to drop down to pro clubs but it completely messes your game up with masters and I play on the pro tour so I’m stuck in a catch 22 I have a friend on the pro tour with the same problem. I preferred the master clubs but they are just way too inconsistent this game. |

I dropped down to pro clubs for a week and my handicap improved by 9 shots!!! The advantage pro club users have over masters is rediculous they have got it so wrong in this game, the short game is so easy with pro clubs that if you miss the green it very rarely punishes you.

This is a list of courses suspected of having the Xbox swing bug It seems that on certain courses the graphics go glitchy and the backswing speeds up, when this happens the swing tempo completely changes When I read the thread title and then these quotes, I did get a sense that you were singling out courses and blaming designers. Most of the posts from you that I have read have the same combative tone. Have you tried lowering your graphics settings? I experience none of these problems on PS4 (not Pro). Stuttering and inconsistent frame rates are the results of system hardware being pushed beyond its limits and has been a problem in video games since forever. Throw in a mechanic that fundamentally relies on consistent frame rates, and you have a mess. Throw in complete lack of control with respect to the visual environment (custom maps) and you have a disaster. |

In no way shape or form am I blaming designers, some of the courses that are suffering are magnificent courses where it is obvious that a lot of skill, time and effort has been spent, it’s the game which is spoiling them I’m pointing the finger squarely at hb, not only for this bug but the massive indifference between pro and masters clubs and also making the game a lot more difficult on Xbox making it impossible for us to compete on the tgc tour |

Just had another tgc round wrecked by the swing bug resulting in 2 fast very slows which were no way slow costing me 4 shots and the cut in my pga event, thanks again hb for your competent wonderful programming keep up the bad work

BUT....
having read this thread and your replies and reactions to your fellow players as well as your obvious misplaced vitriol at HB, via this forum, I have come to the conclusion that not many people will even take any notice of what you're saying, let alone agree.
A reasoned argument in a civil manner will always be heard. Throwing your toys out of the pram when a shot goes wayward helps no one.

At my own peril, I must ask.. What is the "XBox swing bug" ??
I do realize that XB1 players have a distinct disadvantage with Master clubs based on data provided by TGCTours, by the way.
Can you elaborate on what is happening?
Is it internet latency or frame rate drop possibly? Could you share the data that indicates that XB1 players using Master clubs are disadvantaged? |
