I get the cut for making it realistic, i totally get that.
I just shot -15 for 2 rds on the euro tour, im guessing this will be short of qualifying,...-10 rd 1....-5 rd 2......i rushed the other round in as i thought il not qualify for rds 3 and 4....rd 4 i shot even par ans i didnt care and mentally as i posted it wont matter.......all 4 rounds should matter.........its only a golf game for ffs.
I might have to move to another tour were all 4 rds count.......if all 4 rds counted i would have shot a lot better than even par for rd 4.

Cut is excellent! Otherwise it just becomes a 4 round grind week in week out. Plus - if not getting off to a good start or at a course that does not fit your eye, no need to "suffer through" all four rounds with no chance to compete anyway. Not like 85th or 55th place makes much difference the way the money and ranking system is set up... Top 10 is where it is at.
Most likely missing the cut this week after a terrible 71 in the first round with bogey, double bogey finish knowing I needed a couple birdies. Am sure I would have shot two 53s in round 3 and 4. ;-)
Nothing to get worked up about, new chance next week...
Actually mimicing the real tours fairly close is the main appeal of TGC tours, at least for me.
And, a bit amusing that you complain when you are comfortably making the cut.

I kind of rushed the final round, a mistake to be honest.

I don't agree with this point at all in reference to "the grind." Because realistically more people will finish 55 than 15. On all tours. You're basically saying if you have two bad rounds might as well not continue, toss it in .. even in the no-cut Champs tour. What happened to having fun?

im saying if you mentally feel like you wont make the cut and need to get the rounds in just in case your busy and the wind is a bit mad you will rush it and not care.
If you could settle down and get all 4 rounds in at once and see them posted that would be better.

If I miss a cut I will likely have more fun playing another course or doing something else altogether rather than playing the last two rounds. But that's just personal preference... But don't get me wrong, would not toss anything in were the rules different and am not saying that anyone should in a no-cut circumstance or otherwise if they don't want to. Just saying that for some of us the cut may be an important part of having fun with this.... ;-)

I love the cut - it's one of many things that seperate TGC Tours from the rest.
It serves as a first target for those who will probably never win and a great source of conversation on the forums.

Yeah, the cut is there for a reason. So what if you played all 4 rounds and missed the cut? You played all 4 rounds! Why are you on here complaining? Two rounds counted and the last two didn't. It happens.
