Anyone have tips on how to pitch?
What works best for me is going with different % of the pitch swing. Had the hardest time getting the backswing correct. So normally go with a F/P or if you read the feedback from top to bottom P/F. For example, a 51-53 yard pitch with a lob wedge (57 yd at 100%) I’d hit at 95%. Used the practice chipping area and the TPC Oakwind Short Game course to dial in the distances at the same time that practice green is great for TST green reading/putting practice. Hope that made sense Paul. Tried to explain that best I could. A lot of it now is just feel with that same shot feedback.

Any tips for short bunker shots?
You know, when fully lofting an LW flop shot won’t be short enough.

Partial length backswings are the way to go on pitches or bunker shots for me, with a bit of practice I can judge them pretty well.

Oh yeah, just wondered if you guys had any magic formulas or techniques Did some practicing, and it was also pretty interesting trying to hit normal LW shots with 30-50 % power. The tempo windows are absolutely huge.

I have tried TST for the first time today, since I am feeling much more confortable with the 2k21 swing... I have immediately fallen in love with this game mode! I adds a whole new level of playing, it is sooo much more like in real life. The only thing I am struggling with is, of course, putting. I have more or less fixed my 2k21 putting at conventional modes, with grids on. But that is not easy here I apparently didn't have the option to look from different angles as at the video above, just hope that the setting is open when we play the official rounds and we can decide on switching them on/off... But apart from that: Any other things that you are looking when putting, apart from the obvious surface camera? Shadows? The form of the hole when perspective and slopes come into play? I need to work on this, it is very frutrating to land the approaches at 5-8 feet and missing PS: If I need to enter any kind of registration for playing here or enter your rankings, just let me know!

In Camera settings - turn Approach and Putting Cameras 'ON' - click Y (or PS4 equivalent) to get donw behind your putt - then press left stick to change to other camera options (behind hole, side views etc)
But you need to make that change before you go into the round - if you do it afterwards, you then have to back out of the round and re-enter for it to take effect.
And useful to turn it back off when playing 'normal' (grids) rounds.....
Re registration - you need to tick something in your profile on the main TGCT site to get a TST card..... other than that - everyone is welcome
