Hey admin,
Yesterday I registered for the PGA Farmers Insurance Open. I'm like 95% that I got the verification but when I went to look at who is playing, I'm not on the list. I was wondering if this was a bug or if there is something else? I figured if I did something wrong and wasn't allowed to play, I could have gotten an email from ya all but I don't see anything in the inbox or junk mail.
Could you look into it please? I would really like to play the tournament.

I did same mistake as you I think... Registration closed on Friday, at least it was closed when I tried to register yesterday (Saturday).

But, I admit it is strange if you infact got to press "register", and it didnt do it... For me, it was "registration closed".

Did you verify you were in the tourney field? Not after I registered, I haven't done that in the past cause after I got the success message I was always in and able to submit scores. So no, I didn't go check the field after I registered, but I'm still very sure I got the message saying I was successful. |

Ive heard and seen this happen to several players here recently with all the Web guys moving up. Im not saying thats what happened, but seems like it started when the exemptions started. Couple guys I play with live, as well as my roomate, and we both registered at the same time. I got lucky and made the field, he logged in registered and didnt. Hope they get it worked out for you guys. Cbp looks like you where gunna get an invite to the WGC and this week could affect that. Wish you and the others luck that this is resolved.

There is no bug in the system that we can find. And so far, no one who claims to have registered has been able to prove that they registered and were somehow automatically de-registered. So we're under the opinion that this is user error. That said, it is the responsibility of the player to ensure their registration. Check the player field and make sure you have a Withdraw link after registering.
