14 under through 2 rounds and sweating to see if i make the cut before finishing up.
Two very different 7 under rounds.
Round 1 - Started Birdie-Eagle but made too many stupid errors through the round. Played some holes very well and others very badly.
Round 2 - Bad startt two bogeys at 3 & 4 but improved as the round went on. Just missed too many putts by a mm though. Birdied 4 of the last 5 to give myself a sniff of making the weekend. I think it might be enough, but we'll see.
Was targeting -18 so a bit disappointed.
Great golf course, absolutely love it. You can make a score but you have to play well, and there's always a bogey waiting for you if you make a mistake. Plenty of shots where you have to decide just how aggressive to be aswell which i enjoy.

60,62,60,66 for a total of -40 in my 4 rounds. I sucked on holes 14-17 in all 4 rounds, just couldn't make a putt to save my life. Probably went -4 on those 16 holes in the tournament.
Knew I was gonna be in for a crappy 4th round when I hit a 94% tee shot on the 1st and the commentator says "looks like this ones getting wet", but luckily it landed in the mud 1 foot over the water. Next hole or 3rd whatever the short par 5 is same again, except this time on my 205 approach.....no way a 94% 3 iron was going to get over that water. Set the tone for the whole round and kept scraping the cup on side slope putts.
Oh well, long lay off now as going to Vegas with the wife at the end of the week. Debating on whether to sign up for the Hidden Links tournament as I'll be back on the Friday just before the cut.......guess I'll see how the result for TPC Scarpacci West goes.

This is my worry at Kobeoshi. I seem to get an inordinate amount of 92-97% shots on this course, on a lot of Boreal themed courses in fact. I am tempted to lay up on the second hole, as I have practiced that hole a few times and I would say that about 20% of my attempts to go for the green in two have resulted in a visit to the the lake because of some dodgy glitch in the game. It hardly ever happens on any other theme, I am convinced that there is a problem with this theme and HB needs to look into it. The same goes for the phantom putts that jump off the putter head and zoom passed the hole every now and then, when you know that you haven't overstroked it.

I feel for you buddy I shot 60, 61, 60, 65 (-42) In my last round i was -8 thru 10 and looking good for a great score but knowing my luck it fell apart and i finished the round at -7. I found the water on the short 11th and bogeyed the par 5 after that. I was so angry after the round. I had a couple of 84% shots with drivers in practice rounds so i know where you're coming from when it comes to loss of power. It can get very annoying and will ruin a round

Also had 5 or 6 90 something percent shots in my 2 rounds so far.

Actually in the 7 rounds I played in the last few days those 94% shots were the only 2 I had. Didn't really have any putts that went like rockets either other than in practice rounds, so I just adjusted how much extra to add when figuring out the distance and shortnening my stroke a little. Think the furthest I went by a hole was 5 feet during the 4 rounds.

i played well, better than expected, but im still disappointed in my performance.
played in double digit winds for most of the holes, some high single digits sprinkled in here and there.
Round one i got off to a really nice start with a 58 (-14) and thought to myself "i got a chance at this" Round two,...not so much. Made some bad mistakes and got a bogey or two, finished with a disapointing 62 (-10) (had to go -4 on the last 3 holes to do this) Round three felt much better than round two, it actually felt more like round one, but,...still only managed a 61 (-11) Round four came, and I was on fire thru the front 9, just like ichaoz, -7 thru 9, went on to be -9 through 11, and then could only find one more birdie the rest of the way to finish with yet another 62 (-10)
-45 for the tournament.
That last round, on the back 9, the final 7 holes....left so many strokes out there, including two strokes left on the final hole, I par'd this par 5 twice in my 4 rounds...
You should have seen crazycanuck's final hole in the final round! his approach hit not one but two trees (pinball action) and then somehow before his ball loaded up he accidently hit another shot like 30% to bang it off a tree again, and he ended up with a bogey, it was a wild hole.
Overall, its an easy course, but it will bite you in the ass if you make a mistake.

Just like taste said above, i was on fire thru 9 holes in my last round but played the back nine in 1 over. Had a great round going and knowing my luck it was ruined by a water ball on the short par 3 11th and a bogey on the par 5 after that.
Scores were: 60, 61, 60, 65 (-42)
Should of been at least 4 shots better than that.

3 words sum up my last two rounds, CRASH,BANG,WALLLOPPPPPP!! After posting rounds of 58 n 56,i was in great shape at the halfway way stage of the tourney.Swing was in decent shape but it was mainly through my putter being hot that helped me amass a very satisfactory start to the tourney. 3rd round my swing went on holiday without tellin me n my putter went cold. Took a 7 on the short par 3 through hittin water twice, n had 7 bogeys in total in the round. The Wind had picked up a couple of mph to 10 n 11 from rounds n 1 n 2 but make no mistake it was down to my own stupid unforced errors that led me 2 a very dissapointing 71 in 3rd round! ..The 4th round i shot a 63 to finish tourney 40 under in total.Dissapointed obviously with round 3 but thats golf,no gurantees n very unpredictable at times which are 2 of the reasons among many why we all love the game of golf!!In the words of big arnie!! "I'll be back".Onwards n upwards!I hope!! Oh n Andi Smith n Nathan Allen, just before u 2 beat me to it i'll just say it for u,WAH WAH WAH!! . Play well all!!

Damn, I must have just been playing behind you on the first 2 rounds as your score wasn't on the proper hole by hole score update, just when I got to the end of the round. Figured as I was 8 behind after 2 rounds I'd have no chance. Thats why when I had the bad start in round 4 I wasn't trying to play catch up too much as I figured you'd be shooting -55. I was shocked when I loaded up the leaderboard a couple of hours ago and saw we tied. Guess that'll teach me to try and score the lowest I can as you never know what'll happen.

Very True that, especially when it comes to me out on the course hot n cold would sum it up well played first two rounds afternoon, final 2 rounds later on in the day.oh n agreed i think 50 under or thereabouts will win it
