That map so cool! May I ask how you did that? Thanks! I basically took a screenshot of the aerial view in the designer, brought it to Photoshop and started tracing all the edges then filled in everything after that. Been wanting to try it for awhile and am pretty happy with how it turned out.

Mine was too, took 5 separate shots and pieces them together to get one image.

Oh look at this guy with the fancy map! My architecture side is geeking out. Course looks pretty damn good too and exactly my style, I'll give it a go tonight.

Not sure if you design on PC, but if you do, once you're in the camera mode on Steam, you can adjust the field of view and zoom way out to fit the entire plot. You may already know that, but just FYI if not. Course looks great; can't wait to give it a go.

The course map is really cool... Liked the course a lot, holes 6 and 11 both were favorites.

Will definitely have to check it out...does it work in the “big screen” mode or whatever it’s called.

But once you do, there is a slider called "FOV" and you can drag it to put the camera at atmospheric levels. Keep in mind that you will have to slide it back to the original position before you exit camera mode because the FOV does not reset to default when you exit, for some reason.

Just gave this a round. Looks and plays like a dream, really really strong entry. I love the bunkering and the wide open fairways, and it doesn't hurt I shot a -5 when I usually struggle to break even. The greens were really nice too, makes me wish I hadn't toned mine down as much. Definitely a course to be proud of and one I'll play a couple more times at least.

My goal is to make people want to come back and play again. Glad you enjoyed it and thanks for playing!

Well ryanmcconnell If this contest was for mapping then you would have a really great chance at winning that's for sure! But too bad for you it's a golf course design contest!!! So, well, uhh DAMMIT! you still have a really great chance of winning Loved the course, only had time for 9 holes but I will play it again on the weekend! Congrats Ryan, you should be proud!
