linkslover That's weird, haven't noticed that happen on #5 in playing or watching it on stream, were you using master clubs?

No I was using my usual Pro Clubs.
I think it was the 5th, though I played it a few days ago and can't remember for sure which hole it was. It was definitely back tees as I always play from the back tees unless tournament conditions dictate to me otherwise.

Dude Loved this course... finally got around to playing a full round! "Rookie contest" this is a rookie design?? No way Bunch of creativity at work here, loved the plantings around the course... The retaining wall work back on that one hole "holding" back all the boulders, was a cool idea I loved it Brian, great work man, cant wait to see what you come up with next Best of luck in the contest terry

I've a got a tropical course in the works right now that I'm really happy with how it's looking so far. Definitely a little more on the fantasy side, a couple holes are pretty unique ideas that I've never seen done anywhere else before. I'm loving designing on PC instead of console this go around too, much much easier.

MAKA SICHU GOLF CLUB
When a Phoenix real estate tycoon reached an agreement with the chairman of the Hopi Tribe to purchase an area of the Arizona desert that the Hopi people referred to as Maka Sichu, or "Badlands", no one expected one of the most exclusive golf clubs in the country to be carved through the rocky desert landscape. Claiming a membership of only 50 people, all hand-picked by the club's founder, and rumored to have seven-figure membership dues, it wasn't long before the club earned the nickname of "The Tara Iti of the Desert". And while you won't find any ocean views or salty breezes, the golf will certainly not disappoint. ErixonStone This is my entry for the Rookie Design Challenge, hole-by-hole overviews and screenshots will follow.

Hey Brian this course looks fantastic. So original and inviting. Perhaps you should be a writer or maybe you are. It is intriguing! It looks over whelming! I can hardly wait to play it and pick up some cool tips from your outstanding design work. 1st time beginner? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm? Fantastic and best of luck to you in the competition.

Way overdue, but finally here. Fantastic course! Lol, it's painful watching this because I pick out all these sightline issues immediately now before you even say anything about them. The fairway burn on the bunkers is not intentional, and I'm not sure why that happened on #3 like that and not on the #9 one you went into. Only thing I can guess is that I left a hole in the fairway there and splined around it maybe? I'll have to go back in and look, very sloppy watching it back. Only got about halfway through during my lunch break but I agree with pretty much everything so far. EDIT: Alright, finished up. I'm definitely going to release a tour version with some much needed tweaks and polishes. I think it deserves it. I'll try to lengthen some of the par 4's and trick the greens up a bit on the short 5's. Also I laughed out loud when you said "you can tell his planting meter is probably getting full, this looks very sparse here". I think my planting meter was under 40% when I finished LOL. Now the real question is - do I go full grandstands and camera towers for the tour version or would that block too much of the planting and back drops?
