I spy with my little eye.......someone who has never read a quality World Tour thread...........
Just you wait till Smurf and Moe start getting involved - they can take it to a whole new level that you wouldn't believe......
Get your popcorn ready
EDIT: No sign of Dave either so far - would have thought he would have a few comments on some of the greens and pin positions. Ray hasn't claimed anyone is sandbagging yet either. This really is just a half hearted effort of a thread

I'll chime in and say I, and most all of the other mouse users, are innocent of all the allegations, to wit that will assuredly be issued henceforth and throughout the oncoming season and remind the populous of the fact that not a single mouse user won a WT event in the entirety of season 5, despite all the hysteria that ensued after the originating tournaments. Furthermore, I'd like to announce my intentions to start Q-school using the Pro Clubs. This decision may be revised, dependent on the swing changes offered in good faith, announced by HB de futuro. I have no expectations on how the API will treat myself or other mouse users as most of us are currently trying just about anything to achieve a consistent tempo and until the aforementioned swing changes happen, I honestly have no idea what is going to happen in Q-School.
Finally, this will probably be one of my more shorter posts this season.
Release the Smurf!

Uh oh Ron, don't let Ray see that comment or you'll be accused of sand bagging your posts Just remember you still have a couple of years exemptions into the majors

In fairness to myself, I only ever called out 2 people. The first one was, is and will always be looking for a way to work the system, the other was fairly clearly a joke at Bob that most of you missed the point on. I’ll continue performing my voluntary community service and call out anyone I think is working the system - even if they’re Canadian and under the protection of the adminses 😂

Uh oh Ron, don't let Ray see that comment or you'll be accused of sand bagging your posts Just remember you still have a couple of years exemptions into the majors Ok, seems I’ve got to highlight exactly what happened last season. Ron was shooting consistently good scores (below 64) until the announcement of the world tour, then went out and sandbagged rounds of 78 to avoid the world tour. You can argue and whinge and b%& all you like - but they’re the facts. As predicted, was a matter of weeks before he was up on the main tour that he should have been on all along. Shame no one cared about the people who were promoted in their place, hey!?? Happy to rehash this all you like, the fact remains he sandbagged.

Then we have the story of a man who shot well enough at the start to get to the World Tour. He didn't like it cause he had no true shot at winning there so after a few weeks of poor play, he found himself back on the PGA. He played all season here knowing that he couldn't win a tournament, lest he be promoted immediately back to the world tour. He was good but never quite got that win. Then the admins changed the rules that if a player shot a score that would have put them in the top 20 of the WT, they would get promoted. Of course this player made sure they never crossed that mark as his scores were often just shy of that mark. Finally in the end, once the playoffs started and there would be no more promotions to WT for the rest of the season, this player comes out of no where and WINS their first tournament. This single win propels them to the top of the Fed Ex leaderboard because anyone else that might have accumulated enough points to contend had already been promoted to the WT and couldn't come back to play in the Fed Ex Cup. It was most excellent timing. In the end, the fickle fingers of fate stepped in and our hero fell short of his goal, despite entering the final tournament first place in points but only took third. Still it was quite a moment when in a single tournament a player who had never been in the top ten all year long, wins the only tournament he can't be promoted by four full strokes and a combined stroke total 12 stroke below his average. I like how this game is played and welcome back! The simple fact is that the other gents story doesn't hold up when one asks the question of why? Did I win any tournies in the PGA? No. When I was on the WT did I fall back to the PGA so I could win a trophy? No. Did I almost fall back to the PGA by having 4 strikes in the WT? Yes, multiple times. Did I ever get that fifth strike? No. Can a person play in the WGC or majors if they aren't on the WT? Usually no unless you meet one of the special criteria. Did I make every major, WGC and playoff event? Yes.
Bottom line, what possible reason would I have NOT to be on the WT? The only 'valid' argument the gent can put forth is so that I could win more trophies. If that is the case, then I really suck. Not only did I fail to make it back to the PGA, I failed to win any trophy while I was there! All the other gent's arguments are just as whimsical and full of the same folly one might find in the wizarding world of one Harry Potter! Balderdash to all of this. But welcome back, my good friend from the other side of the pond.
