Might I suggest rounding/ merging your green and fairway transition? I think it gives it a more natural feel

Thank goodness you're being judged on your course and not your outfit choice for your golfer.

I would think that using the shapes would be the easiest/quickest way

Two point splines and move handles or three point spline patches?
Also, maybe mess with using more than one stock shape in a bunker?

KoopIt's just one of those fiddly things to do. There's 2 ways depending on how you built your fairways. 1st: if you used splines then you can just move around the handles and point until they look like they merge with your green a bit more. 2nd: If you used brushes (this way is harder to get it looking good) I would use the oval brush on page 1, shrink it down all of the way and slowly click around until you smooth out the transition, *note* I found that dragging the brush at this time mad it look worse! Hope that helps!

That's what this contest is all about. New designers talking and sharing and getting better as a whole!

Doesn't matter if you used splines or shapes. The easiest and best looking way to do it to use the straight fairway brush...shrink it to small size, and just work that corner until the fairway apron merges with the green edges. It holds the integrity of the "curve" on the merge more than other brushes being mentioned here.
Then again, I suck at design so bad that patrick wouldn't even let me enter...so don't listen to me.

I just appreciate the feed back and suggestions. Giving me the tools to choose and then figuring out which one works well for me. It seems to me that there is more than one way of designing. Again, thank you for your help! :-)

I'm just throwing stuff out there and hoping it sticks. 😉 But, yes...everybody has their own way of accomplishing the same thing.
