Good Morning,
I only played the first round yesterday and achieved a solid -9. After an okay start, I had very bad timing on the first par 5, where I had a horrible swing from the tee which got me right into the hazard. At only -1 after 7 holes, I picked up some momentum and eventually holed some difficult putts, including one from 25ft with side slope.
Although I'm pretty happy with that first round performance, the pretty low scoring showing up on the early Monday morning leaderboard keeps me from being too enthusiastic. Let's see where I get if I can keep up the pace and maybe even avoid the lake.
Good luck!

No exemptions allowed to play this week? We tied T3 at Web last week, I received my Euro Exemption notice last night.

This was a very smooth track, lots of short iron shots. With reachable par 5's. Played right into the strength of my game. I honestly hope my number doesn't hold up as I actually left quite a few on the course. -12,-11,-17,-14 = -54

Thanks whoever scheduled this course, Perfect way to get atleast some confidence back (had my first legit ragequit on last weeks TST and felt very unmotivated to play this week)
Ofc an easy course also means everyone else will be posting good scores aswell so my position on the leaderboards isnt too much higher than usual but still.
opened 62,62 with pretty much one collapse per round so there is room for improvement but should be enough to get rid of the strikes i assume.
GL everyone

An easy but interesting track with relatively simple greens; options off the tee etc make for an enjoyable round. Played well last week to secure my card on exemption but I've struggled over the past few weeks with hitting the approaches close and it continued this week.
First rd had a very disappointing 68 (-4) followed up by a solid 61 (-11) to be -15 at the cut; this will likely be a few short I think. Over the two rounds I either lipped out or shaved the cup at least a dozen times (my putting is not good) so should have easily got into the -20's and safe. Hopefully I only get 1 Doyley kiss this week.
Good luck to those yet to play/ finish.

A horrible second round gets me a strike for this week. Thus, my streak of making the cut every other week continues.
I started fairly ok again and was at -2 after 7. Then the long approach on the par 5, which was intended to provide for a an easy chip shot, got onto the green by a few inches. This left me a loooooong putt, and after two bad putts, I finally was close enough to convert for bogey. In fact, putting was the overall issue for this round, as I needed two or more putts on 11 occasions (including some really close misses). With such a bad performance on the greens, you cannot expect to accumulate that many birdies. Hence, a -4 for a total of -13 is in the books.
On to next week.

Finally i will be able to play 4 rounds after some problems in the PGA tour and getting demoted...let's see if we can continue. Pretty easy course overall. Greens can be nasty if you get in the wrong spot.

Round 3 and 4 completed R3:64, managed to drop 1(!) putt outside of gimme range, hard to score without any luck on the greens R4:61, dropped two 10ft+ putts straight away so was feeling better, -7 at the turn but then the birdie train vanished and the bad luck came back, even putt a ball in the water at the par 5. Sure the course is easy and my scores dont amount to much this week but 62,62,64,61, cant pretend to be unhappy with that, been a while since i had that kind of scores

i Suppose I only have myself to blame waiting for the last night to use my Exemption. My first round, the game was a huge laggy piece of sh|t. 6 fast/very fast swings- 3 balls in the water... (-1) and down one controller. came back later for Rd2, -11 to salvage nothing. Back to Web and/or wait for TGC2019.

Unfortunately missed the cut this week although my finish score was above some of those that finished the weekend, need to get out of the gate, put a lot of work into next weeks track you herd it here first no one will break -45 those pins are in some tough spots and your club players may have an advantage if they have it on a string
Regards Jacquesy

Doyley The Euro player results (finish & payout) have not been updated this week, is there a bug in the system?
