Hi guys. I'm wondering if something is wrong with my game or if it's widespread. I have emailed HB but have never heard back. I have released courses that have had enough plays to be rated, but ratings never showed. One has 47 plays listed but no ratings. But the thing that really bothers me is that newly released courses from the entire community will all show zero plays when I open the all courses menu in game. I can scan as far as 3 or 4 days since their release dates and zero plays for all of them, which I know would be wrong. So I know that my most recent course that got 10 plays showing first day but none since would have to be incorrect because nothing seems to be getting updated. Also, I am retired and I could play anytime 24 7 and there are always the same 8 to 10 courses showing as active courses. Anyway, I play on PS4, if anyone has the same issues, especially with the no plays issues across the community or knows the solution to fix this, I would pleased to know, since HB doesn't seem that they will be of any help. HB is having issues at their end with their servers. Plays aren’t being registered properly, leaderboards aren’t updating, etc. This has been going on for two weeks now. Some initial improvement has been noted, but overall it’s still an issue. Not sure when or even if things will be fully rectified. Not much has been forthcoming from HBS on it other than “We’re working on it.”
I played Jumeriah 2x after it was released about 3 weeks ago - I’m still not on the leaderboard anywhere. Don’t think I ever will be....

There are a few things that definitely need to be fixed, but the server issues appeared out of nowhere after a long time of relative stability.... can’t figure out out why it’s dragged on for so long - especially as HBS is starting to ramp up promotion of TGC 2019. I’m thinking “Why buy the new one when HBS can’t fix the old one?”

You hit the nail square on the head with your last comment. When reading the forums at HB I’m amazed at the lovefest that I see with so many regarding the new game. One person even said that he would pay $100 for the new version. I mean I sure hope that the new one will be great but it’s being made by the same that made TGC2. Personally I will be waiting on this community with their feedback before I will jump on the bandwagon and put any money for the new one.

Shaun said this morning they have identified the issue and have a fix in place. We should see course plays, leaderboards and statistics be updated properly within 48 hours. HB Studios Forum Thread
