This is so frustrating. I checked my settings, which were OK, started up the game and now my controller doesn't work at all. I un-clicked some other sh%$ because I'm an idiot but nothing controller related.

Occasionally when I find my controller starting to wig out...I go into the devices in the system setting, delete my driver, unplug my device, and then plug it back in. It automatically downloads the driver and configures to base configuration

Yep, I do exactly that. I see the pop-up in the bottom right corner as well. EDIT- I do see you turned the controller shutdown off... mine is set to 5 minutes. Could that have something to do with it? Actually, that might have something to do with it...possibly? It at least seems like the most reasonable possibility - start playing and everything is fine, but after a certain amount of time things start going haywire. Worth trying out I suppose. |

Unless I just got super lucky, changing this setting helped! I still got the occasional fast or slow, but it wasn’t the constant change between perfect and very fast. |

I literally can't keep it in the cone with any of the longer clubs and whenever i get in a fairway bunker it's the same story, my shots are nearly turning back on themselves (shot line in cone) I use an Xbox Elite controller and here are my Graphics settings:  I just want to know if i'm doing something wrong. |

I had a random thought on this topic yesterday that I'm curious about - do those of you who are struggling with input consistency have V-Sync turned on? If so, turn it off (manually via NVIDIA or other GPU control panel, just to be certain) and see what happens...
