For some reason, and I don’t know how long it’s been going on, but I can’t seem to shake a “slow backswing”. It’s not a major issue as it just costs me a few yards off my clubs but it’s annoying and wondered if anyone else had encountered such problems?

No issues with slow backswings, unless intentional, but I am getting plenty of slow downswings, which are a pain in the backside.
Why can't it be the other way round for me😭

You might be having a hesitation at the top of your swing/at the transition. Anytime I have a slow backswing, I remember to start the downswing a smidge earlier and the slow goes away.
